It's Shiva for sure, but...it's a man...
"Lord Shiva. The water flowing from his hairlocks is a depiction of the River Ganga considered to be a goddess in Hinduism. In Hindu mythology, when Ganga descended from the heavens, the Earth could not bear her flow so Lord Shiva agreed to bear it. The colour of Lord Shiva's skin turned bluish as he drank Visha which came out of the churning of the oceans."

Hey yall thanks for the help! Yes, its Shiva (who else). I wanted an avatar to go with the name. I did spend much time in India where I learned about the Hindu Gods amongst other things. I'm from Montreal originally..I know Conan and I think Jebus are also Canadians.
Rama is actually considered an incarnation of Vishnu, one of the Hindu trinity..Brahma, the creator...Vishnu the preserver..Shiva the destroyer. Together, they ecompass the complete cycle of creation and destruction, which comprises this world we live in.
The six-handed goddess who actually has 8 is Durga, the goddess who destroys your demons. I'm pretty sure the naga's in Heroes are based on her. Naga's are really serpents or snakes, so they kind of mixed things up a bit. There is a sect of holy men who are called naga baba's. They run around naked smeared in ashes with long dread locks like rastafarians
I do like Daddy's version, but if that is too big, what Mitzvah did really rocks as well. Thank you both for helping me out!

Note to avatar re-makers. I notice that you often make avatars slightly larger in pixel size than standard.
All I need is approximately 60x60 pixels avatar, any file size, I will optimize it. Just make sure that transparency is correct if there is any.

Doesn't really matter, whatever you are used to. You could even draw one on paper and scan it I suppose. Or put a photo of yourself.

Reminder:
You can only have one custom avatar and you cannot change it, so choose wisely (you can always change it to non-custom avatar from the list of course). You can reserve and unreserve as many times as you want by selecting a different avatar. But a member can only have one custom avatar. This applies to moderators and myself too. Having a custom, you can still revert to any of the standard avatars at any time and reserve one of those, but then your custom will be up for grabs.

Having the avatar you're using turned into a shield is fine as long as there are no other modifications to it.

Err, this might not belong to here, but what´s the deal with avatar named DeathKnight. In avatarlist it says it is not reserved and has only 3 users. Still, I cannot choose it. After submitting I get a message saying it is reserved.
