What are the restrictions concerning size (2 KB?) as well as dimensions (in pixels) for costum avatars?

It has to be 60x60 and no more than 2Kb, so I guess not.

Who says so? Supersonic's is 88x80 and Angelito's is 93 pixels tall. I know mine is quite wide, but (at least with my screen resolution, this may be different for others) there is plenty of space for 127 pixels in the width.

127 would be a bit too wide. Try for 80 in width with that one.
I do all ava requests monthly, just so you know why it's taking a while.

You cant see the second dragon on HC. You have to copy it into paint on a black background in order to see it.
