Thanks so very much for posting the CoC in all the threads.
The CoC is a tool, which should be used when people go crazy and try to hurt the community(example el diablo and incubus). It is there when you need it. But to use the CoC in a narrow viewed, myopic way in order to force your will upon the members of this community is, I believe, an abuse of the power given to the mods.
Instead of helping keep the community running well, it seems that mods are purposefully trying to be heavy handed basically saying, "Do as I tell you too or I'm gonna hurt you."
Why do you guys think you need a club to keep everyone in line? Has anyone really done anything that is that harmful? No.
Stop trying to be people's parents, and go back to being people's friends.

Ppl did not always followed every rule of the CoC in the past. Ppl sometimes broke the CoC...slightly... Even MoDs sometimes did thigs against CoC in the past. But it was tolerated unless it was an extreme situation or on really bad and harmful intentions. What is all this fuss about?
What is wrong in Bort creating another thread instead of posting here?

It was yours... I am not talking about the spam show. It was a thread which you started last week or about. I can't remember exactly the title of the thread. But, you said that (in your post) that thread was a spam and was going to be deleted in a couple of days

One person's joke is another person's spam.
Therein lies the problem.
Different people use different styles to communicate the same thing. While one poster may write a 10,000 word essay, documented with reems of support material, another may fire off a cleaver one liner. (personally I prefer the one liner than reading some incoherant rant that makes my eyes bleed).
Spam is annoying. But most stuff here that is labled spam is actually people trying to be funny. It is not their fault that they are too unintelligent to see that they really aren't that funny. I say that we should lay off using the word spam to describ most of these posts.

The supposed "spam" that i thought I saw was just a little fun trying to bring activity back to the tavern. As I stated before I am sorry, and it is done and over with now, just let the old dog be.

Nothing to be sorry for Kitten, I support any attemps at humor and was not directing any slight to you. I was actually trying to say that people are too quick to lable other's ideas as spam, the post just wasn't well writen.
bort I wouldn't know if you you write those unbearable longwinded, poorly puncuated, impossible to read posts...If your post is longer than three inches I just assume you put on yout psuedo-intellectual cap and are trying to impress the kiddies. (I do scan them for oneliners but usually am disappointed)
