Favorite Creature Each level in HMM3
Here are my favorites
Level 1: Pikeman/Centaur Captins
Level 2: Lizrdman
Level 3: Grand Elfs ( i love archers )
Level 4: Silver Pegesus/Crusader
Level 5: Minotour Kings ( so strong )
Level 6: Dread Knights
Level 7: Black Dragon/Arch Angel
Favorite town : Castle and Rampart so stong and easy

Well here they are.
Lv.1 Centaur Captains.
Lv.2 harpy hags.
Lv.3 grand elves.
Lv.4 crusaders
Lv.5 master genie
Lv.6 war unicorns.
Lv.7 Golden Drago/Archangel/ Phoenix(Only because plentyful)

Dunco why do you like Harpy Hags so much and what about your favorite hero. Or spell. I also like Crusaders but I think they somewhat lost there strength from HMM2 to HMM3

whow...
ok, mines are:
l1 - skeletone worrior
l2 - battle dwarf (i like melee and slow creatures the best)
l3 - nomad
l4 - vampire lord
l5 - i don't really know, all 5th level creatures are good but i think i like dendroid sodiers
l6 - its easy - naga queen
l7 - chaos hydra
and my favorite creature from any level from homm1(download from my thread) are:
l1 - centaur
l2 - gargoil
l3 - wolf
l4 - swordsman
l5 - hydra
l6 - crusader

Hmm thats a intresting set of favorites but Im going to have to question on some of those creatures why do you like Dendroid Soilders there so slow and not that powerful I know that just your style of play bt for me I like a well balanced army with speed and strength

4:Crusadar/Medusa
5:Zealot/THunderbird
6:Champion/Unicorn and Scorpicore and Naga
7:Black Dragon/Phoenix and hydra
8:Fairy Dragon
9:Rust dragon/Crystal dragon
10:azure dragon

OK, here is my set....
l1: Centaur captains
l2: Lizard Warriors (excellent shooters, great defenders)
l3: Dragon Flies (very fast, great abilities, specials)
l4: Ogre Mages (good in offence and apellcasters)
l5: Mighty Gorgons (level7 slayers, really mighty)
l6: Dread Knight (the best 6th level creature)
l7: Chaos Hydra (excellent)
All this set goes with expert haste  .

Not counting any unaligned creatures (since their levels have to be guessed):
Level 1: Sprites or Master Gremlins
Level 2: Harpy Hags or Wolf Raiders
Level 3: Grand Elves or Dragonflies
Level 4: Crusaders
Level 5: Thunderbirds or Master Genies
Level 6: Efreet Sultans or Dread Knights
Level 7: Ancient Behemoths or Black Dragons
This is off the top of my head, I've probably forgotten something.

Remember, you said favorite... not the best.
BTW, Harpy Hags are awesome... perhaps the most underrated creature in Homm3.

green dragons
mordred, what do you mean you can resurrect green dragons? you can resurrect anything, right? or is there some glitch that i don't know about? there is a lot that i don't know, admittedly...
my favorites are basically the rampart creatures, i just wish that dwarves and dendroids were a little faster. also i am one of those archangel lovers--gotta have the archangels man. if only for the resurrecting ability.
it's too bad that the fortress is going away b/c the creatures there may have been relatively weak but some of them kicked butt and some were central to fantasy gaming (lizardmen and hydras anyway).
and i think the crusader looks great just like he is. he could be more powerful though.
favorite archer is of course the sharpshooter, duh.

Well all I can say is something is that I really love Dread Knights and they really are good to help Necros poor 7th level creature ( despite what eveybody says ) Also I think that Titans should be stronger in HMM3 just like as they where in HMM2 and I have a ? How are Choas Hydras that good most people hate them even though I think there okay creatures but I think Dragons are my favorite though

I think they should make the hydra different.
He is stupid in homm3 they must make the snake tail from homm2 again thats more cool.

my list is as follows:

Level 3 - Royal Griffin - always retaliate
Level 4 - Vampire Lord - Fast, fly, steal life
Level 5 - Power Lich - Spread attack that kills all living
Level 6 - Dread Knight - Curse and double damage
Level 7 - Titan - Most hit points, immune to mind spells, do 150% damage on black dragons, no melee penalty, most powerful ranged attacker
