Yeah I made Blind (WoG/ERA) map and sent to maps4heroes. Ok yes max. 16 heroes, you can choose Dracon, if you disabled Serena, for example. I didn't want to choose heroes, thus prisons and different races in a Tavern. Ok Castle was problem, I disabled Knight Lord Haart and Sylvia. You can choose Sir Mullich and Catherine. Ok they went to prison.

First Prayer, not Haste.
Explanation: you cast a Prayer - enemy casts Slow - you cast a Haste.
Simple! If nice you put a AI tree/database as a chess.. So endless variations and paths.. It does strong AI..

Does anyone knows if the numbers where gold becomes negative are the same (2 billion something) for human and AI?
Can you confirm the primary skill points are capped for both humans and AI in HotA?

if my gold was negative i just wrote my creatures a check and hoped it didnt bounce. if they died they couldnt collect on it anyway.

Amount of gold is stored in 4 bytes long variable, it cannot overflow differently for human players and AI.
As for the second part of your question, both human heroes and AI heroes are just heroes and treated equivally. Technically speaking, a hero goes through same routines, be it AI or human.

Tactics means hit & run in many variations and also moves, because you count free or threat places, and then composition/design is the same as in chess. So a checkered board with rule or mixed rule. Also officers are different value, task and meaning.
Ok now's 500 Berserker Flies (gain the ability to attack without retaliation, cast Berserk on their target, and return after attacking.) In the Heroes 3 WoG.. What's the rule? Not a Animate Dead, your town is Necropolis, and you allown't lose your creatures. How do you win fast time? Yes only Vampire Lords, so you don't lose anything. Then it's officer meaning.
Hero doesn't always have a full troops. Remember using a scouts mean helpers.

Depends on the position. Splitted archers are Grand Elves, Arch Magi, Cyclops Kings, etc, for example. You can only take splitted archers with you go to against neutral or opponent. Don't only legion of Grand Elves, because of 1.) Blind 2.) Turn. An example neutral is about to be reached your Grand Elves, you move to safe place, etc belonged to sucking strategy and straitened game. But splitted Grand Elves can kill, move and hit & run, etc are the same as in chess two officers are better than one Bishop or/and Knight officers. So opponent can't cast a Biind, but if you split 995/1/1/1 etc So Armageddon or Death Ripple. When in chess three officers are rarely and bland. So the best strongest officers are Rook or/and Queen. When Dragons are immune to Armageddon or Titans are immune to Blind, for example!

Tactics matter! When you conquer a town, question: do you kill shooters? In general mapmaker or player kills shooters in the impossible level.. Think about the Resurrection! When shooters no longer have arrows, your creature moves to block the gate.. And you resurrect your troops are easier and cheaper strategy.. I always used strategy since 2000 year.. No trick! Blind vs Cure, for example or Anti-Magic, but you win the game..
So mapmakers always made stronger creatures, but shooters are strong too.. Try harder!  try my The Immortal Battle (WoG/ERA).. No Resurrection matter, but it shows an example, what's the Impossible..
EDIT
If the opponent has expert Water and Teleport, and your troops are larger than the opponent, you will loss your Resurrection.. So think about it.. But I played well.. And excellent for MP..

I don't know where to ask this...
I've placed a Castle near water, expecting to get a Shipyard but for as much as I changed the area I didn't got it built. Does any one knows which are the squares that must be free?

I don't have access to my computer right now, so I can't see it exactly. But you need some water below the town. Best if you can check each town individually to see if it's possible to build the shipyard. It is quite finicky when it comes to the correct placement.
