OK now that my protector said his peace time for me to speak and explain myself........
1: Motor you have done a wonderful job as chairmen and I am very proud to say I got the chance to work with you so closely.
2: Andi, yeah we have had our problems in the past, but you are no longer part of MaH and do not know what is really going on.
3: Yeah your damb right I have an attitude, I get so fed up hearing "Kitten did this Kitten didn't do that, why don't Kitten do this Why did Kitten do that" You know instead of biatching and complaining about everything on a board why not email me and get what is REALLY going on?!? or is that to hard for someone to do?
4: Yes Random Challenge bracketed style is closing and going to finials RC is NOT a long life tournament, and it was never intended to be. After finials for all styles are done we have a new tournament comming......a toh classic. Also i see clans comming in the future, if players can hadle it.
5: I have NEVER been so ready to walk away from something I love so much BUT I am going to now. I will be talking to raven motor and chubby and giving them all the the MaH stuff they need, and I will be taking the Myths part of MaH and go on my way since I am such a burdden on everyone.
It was nice while it lasted guys and I will miss you all to no end and to my ture friends out there I love you dearly and you know how to get in contact with me.

STOP TAKING EVERYTHING SO PERSONAL.
WE DONT WANT YOU ALL TO LEAVE, WE WANT WHAT YOU WANT...A WORKING H3 TOURNAMENT.
BUT IT ISNT WORKING AS GOOD AS IT COULD BE NOW (obviously) AND INSTEAD OF TAKING EVERYTHING SO GOD DAMN PERSONAL LOOK AT THE WHOLE PICTURE AND TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY AND WE MIGHT GET THIS GOING AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE.
Gangrail: This isnt about good tournament ideas anymore, because if they aint maintained the right way they die out.
And this is what i was talking about earlier, it isnt enough now for the admins just to start the tournaments and then its up to the players. They gotta do commercial for the tourny and maintain the tournament in a way so more wanna play in it.
And dont compare this with other tournies, because we dont want to be like the other tournaments. This is TOH and we want to be the biggest and the best, thats the ambition you gotta have aswell IMO for this to work.
Sorry for the somewhat harsh words, but i really thought this needed to be said.
Im sure you all do a good job but as things are now they do as stated need improvement, and that will mean responsibility from all h3 TOH admins and not anyone leaving.

rofl, ok first of all, everyone knows the story behind MAH, and i fully understand why kitten/Raven felt like they needa protect "their Baby".
Stop taking this so personal, is it so hard to admit kitten that you loved to ask around if someone can do most of the work for you, but on the other hand you always stay on top of it all?
I really dont wanna say only bad things now, maybe my first comment was too harsh - but thats how it was, why should i lie about this i mean what do i gain by doing it?
Acu: cool i got this freak so mad isnt it?
Of course he still needs to get a -QP for this, i cant count all the personal insults in it lol

Just wanted to say good decision Motor lol  . Or even better just quit heroes at all. O and don`t you worry about me being back in the next "revival of TOH". Lol i already am in Toh again since a while now and you can`t find me lol. You think you can do better to catch me now that you don`t put so much time in HC lol. You are pathetic and like i said before i will say it again "I didn`t cheet i just played games which were reported from same IP".
Sure i apritiate that you put time working for heroes but man do it right. And maybe consider we were right.
O ye because LichKing didn`t want to put my account to disgracefull i`d like to add something for you and HC to please you all  *Deleted* you ALL *Deleted*. Go get a life lol.

lol Let me tell u something. He said he'll b back and he achived his purpose. He may b bad manered but he fights for his believes. And i can't say that for all the others. As for his life... u can only wish to have the life he has.

I said some crazy stuff to people & forced Mandi to tell me who did this.
I even apologise to Andi even though we never been on good termes even when I forst met him.

I could not have put it better.
You see? Admin here shares and gives "power" to some peeps to help him. The admin here finds mods to do some of the stuff. "Mods" are what is needed in MaH.
But, the admin in MaH starts to whine as "you all want me to leave / want to get rid of me" when someone says "we need MoDs to run this place better" The admin is afraid of "mods" which means "sharing the power"
