Hommm, maybe we should give them 20 speed for they make some damage in almost any case... Or I will get exp again&again with, 4x, Sharpshooters. Maybe the should regenerate N/day or every week or so...

Well to make them reginerate that is basically an event that is active to all at all times. So that part would be easy.
