What if there were a way of ensuring everyone access to certain spells?

What I like in H5 is that Adventure spells can be learned by every player.  It wouldn't matter in H3 randoms if everyone had access to high lvl Mage guild spells (town portal, fly, water walk/summon boat).  It would be part of the strategy to build a magic hero that can MOVE or a might hero...
I'm thinking of imposing some rules on a LAN tournament, but we are having a hard time deciding...
Probably won't be playing randoms, though, so these things won't be as much of a problem...
What rules do you use if you're playing a 2 v 2 and 2 people want to draw the same hero?

rename the template "rmg" and put it in your data-folder

full file name should be "rmg.txt". File should be located in your ...\DATA folder.

I donwloaded one, renamed it rmg.txt and put it in data, but when i try to create a random map it says I can't create a random map with those settings...
Than it gave me a selection of alredy made random maps, and crashes after a couple of trying with those ones...
Where I did wrong?

some templates allow only specific map sizes like: only XL+underground or only L without underground. So if you see this error, then just try another map size. Also, there should exist folder Random_maps in your main heroes location
