If I owned the homm franchise...
First off I would make sure that it is based more for multiplayer, and set up from the ground up for online & hotseat gaming.
There would always be the campaigns and single player, but the game would be designed to encourage you to meet players online and battle it out, with a dedicated server for it like battle.net or C&C generals' game rooms.
And in its designing, a large community forum for idea & suggestion placement, and design updates by the team would be freely accessible; so an open format in its development instead of a tight hush-hush one.

How about we tell Roman Abramovich that the series is actually called Heroes of Might & Chelsea. That should do the trick...

Roman Abramovich is criminal and cheater everyone know those money he has is not impossible to get by normall people what kinda great things he did to have million dollars? He just robed some money wile he had access to them look on him he dont look like a worker man , if you have sympathetic face and cheater mind you can be accepted in they club and can gain part of money. Wile he has so much money here is people who dont have money at all who dont know how he will be able to survive tommorow and many of them are those who robed Roman Abramovich it is shame for him he think he is intellegent person but i am sure he just cheater and his knowledge very low.
Anyway those people like Roman Abramovich are not immortal and when they die they will have nothing good to left for future generation he is just parasite and eating good things but producing nothing.
They will understand later this will not happen for long time and gonna be resolved soon or sooner and maybe by many victims it depens on human intelligence.

come now kitten.. if one of them had that kinda money they wouldve had to do something to get it... and i'm pretty sure that spending time making and refining WoG is not exactly something that rakes in the money (not anything against WoG, just saying that it was a volunteer thing) it's sure respectful to say that "but who is to say that one of them doesnt have the money?" but we all know that none of them nor none of us 'cept maybe ves has that kinda money. and aculias i'm not sure how i merited your response, i only stated the obvious.

In that last interview Celestial Heavens had with whats his name I was not impressed with some of there ideas.
One of there brilliant ideas was to remove the subterrainian level.!!!! What are the creators thinking? The game is supposed to be getting bigger and better. And they keep lowering the amount of creatures and taking away levels. Sheesh. I think there needs to be MORE towns, More creatures, a 3rd level to map etc. 6 Towns is NOT enough.
Anyways, I just hope that who ever buys it or continues the work has better thoughts than the dude they interviewed.
Also a side note: No offense to Celestial Heavens but I could think of several more important questions that shoulda been asked... Those questions appeared to have been pre prepared by 3do rep lol.
I will give one example: Why didnt you ask him about making Heroes5 more Multiplayer friendly etc.

I believe that the important thing is to change H5 back to a strategy game like H3, and just see H4 as.. a closed chapter in homm history, and not linger on an old mistake forever.

Yes I agree Bjorn. As long as they keep some of the good aspects that they did change in H4, such as individual creature movement distance. etc.
To bad we couldnt have every member of TOH chip in $10,000 and all of us buy the game and we could build it the way we wanted hehe. I think someone cast wasp swarm on me, I am not thinking clearly lol

The Jon Van Caneghem interview was completely improvised, since Jon wasn't supposed to be there at all. GhostWriter asked any question that seemed appropriate at that time in the noisy E3 environment. I can think of several topics I would like to discuss with Jon if I could meet him today, but I don't think I would have done any better than GW given the circumstances.

I was defend wog team since I am a member or it. The do great work and I am sure if they had the money to buy heroes the would and be sucessful at making a new heroes game

i agree completely with you. all i was saying is that they don't have the money. but they are great at coming up with ideas to improve homm.
and aculias, i would enjoy a game. probably would hafto be on weekends, with school starting back ( ).. i need to reduce my homm/other games time during the week during school because last year more homm time was directly proportional to lower grades i may need to get game in with camoes first tho; twice in last week i have lost dial tone at my house and both times were when i was JUST starting game with camoes finally it seems the phone lines are settling down, as i haven't been getting disconnected constantly like i was. after first time this happened i called the phone company on cell phone and they said someone accidentally cut a cable somewhere. however i dont see how it could happen AGAIN in same week but.. whatever anyway i'm talking too much, bye bye now  ))
