Well, I've pretty much exposed my character's past as much as I could hope, but I'll try to frame Alivia's story and how she begat an ancestor, how and why she was accepted into the ranks of the Forsaken Ones, and just her general story as a mortal. It'll probably be long, though, so I doubt it'll show up for a couple of days at least.

I've already takled to Gorman about this but basically I just like to know characters. I think this will help us all really get to know who it is we are playing as. We can see others and what their life was like before the Forsaken Crusade...I think I'll copyright that. For example, most of you know Mighty Mage as the stiff Hero who wants everything to be right once more. We've recently found out he has some "daddy issues" but that's about it. I want to tell you all about how he became known as the Mighty Mage. His life hasn't been all it's cracked up to be and at one point or another he was quite arrogant and thought little of others.
I'd like to know what Gorman was like before he died. What RSF's life was like serving the King before he was assinated (before the war). Vadskye's transformation from Rouge to Mage.
That's about it. If you guys don't like the idea tan I can always re-work my post.

While I was alive I was a good, honest working man. I was trained as a bodygaurd for a high ranking lord until one of the chef's tried to assisante him. The chef blamed me as he was the Lord's 'best' friend. My family was murdered in cold blood and my job was stripped away. I was forced to live the life of a begger. Since that got me next to nothing I, at times, robbed people until the opportunity to accompany a wealthy family came along. Feeling pity for me they hired me to guide them on journey's from robbers and thieves. Well, as I was eventually told by my current employer, it was all staged by him so that I'd die and be able to serve him. As this family went through the woods, we were attacked by bandits. Being outnumbered three to one, they were all slain and I was the last to die. The words they said to me before I died were, "Our god's gift is being sent to him with your death!" Death was something I never figured to "live" through and experience. A god by the name of Crook called my soul forth to be his elite champion. He constructed the body of an Archangel for my soul to take residence in. So as I fought his battles for him he'd sit on his throne basking in "his" glory. The glory I worked hard for. I secretly began to plan overthrowing his wretched uselessness and put myself on his throne. I'd be capable of doing my own work and leading Thieves and other crooks to a life as rich as any other by smuggling. They wouldn't be stealing from those who earn their money and wouldn't have to kill any unless forced to. However, while I plotted a new god emerged, a god of Spam by the name of Dingo. So, as usual, Crook sent me out to exterminate this new threat. Things have not gone as planned however. He didn't expect me to meet new people that I refer to as friends. A mages and magogs, shapeshifters and thieves. I have become involved in a war for the whole universe. Fighting an evil so vile even the god's can't compare to their power. I've gotten involved in a war against Forsaken Ones. Hoping, among others, that we shall win and banish these creatures to a hell far worse thant he one Hades inhabits. This is my story.

Didn't you just prove yourself wrong there?  Anyways, so far nobody's dead, and Dragon Slayer is playing again....uhm, Ba'althinor is fighting w/his momma again. Shadowcastor is somehow related to the Forsaken Ones, and almost everyone else is someplace in a large, confusing forest.

Ok thanks for clarifing that. Now as far as that goes. Do you want to be brought back to life or did you already have somthing planned. I was thinking somthing along the lines of bringing you to the Royal Order.
Demios, nice post. Longer than usual. Try to clean it up though such as lead it into our current story.

I think it's probably important that I tell you MightyMage, that the town where the master emerald was kept is an ancient city completely empty of people. Only a system of crystals and mirrors reflecting an refracting the light and power of the master emerald keeps the city safe. It has already been drained by Shadowcaster.

The Master Emerald never had any real power like the smaller crystals. It was only meant as a containment unit for the dark beings. It did however serve as a protective grid as you mentioned. Shadowcastor may have drained that off but as long as the magic from the Royal Order is in existence than the Master Emerald cannot be destroyed. The protection that the grid served is useless to us at the moment so Shadowcastors little draining trick didn't hurt us...yet. With the grid down the Forsaken Ones can freely enter the town and destroy the Emerald. Some of the less knowledgeble may do that too but Grathamel knows about the protection and may head for the Royal Order first. We'll see how things play out. But yes, I was aware of what shadowcastor did.
I was adding more depth to the situation.

They aren't, they're just a plot device at this point, an obstacle to the story's continuance that needs to be removed. I say the thread be cleaned and that Asmodean explain why he killed his character. Unless he plans to return very soon. Nobody knows what to post because no one knows completely what's going on.
