I f you so fast, why you like TURN BASET strategy, not RTS?
I dislike RTS because i not do some things as I want Units (Disobey me because wrong glik or else)
I thisnk no need to mike rts from heroes...
Or it is need play maps with only straight way
Not alternativse ways where both heroes may move. Then ALL wil be ok

6 min WOULD be ok for doing decently "mortals'" things , but, using special powers , to build a new world, will come to some unxpected long looong turns , as those minutes would have been the powers of 10(minutes). So dont tell me that you prefer to play 6 min as an initial setting having as outcome 1 hour/turn, instead setting of 4, even with a small sacrifice of few maneuvers, consisting in 10 min turns.
cause this is a fact.
those 2 extra minutes are made for "superior" moves which cost the opponent patience and will ruin the fun.
i know what i'm talking about... it becomes already annoyin..

RTS ? you have plenty time to think and schedule your moves during opponet's turn. no one said to fight quick combat.besides you're thinking with the brain, the hand only executes, and if the hand is shaking its obviously that you are lost , dont try to find the way where is no light in the middle of caesar game, spending hours, the tourney is designed for those who realized before the game why they are in for.
single player games are for that, do not forget there is someone on the other side waiting, its related to respect.

well I do agree that "superior moves" might be done with too much time on your hand (6+ min?). I do not use "superior moves" however --> P.S!! Ofcourse, I DO use Normal effective moves, not jinxer-moves and not old-balcough moves (is that a crime?)
Think during opponent's turn?? When am I supposed to clean the house then?

half the fun of heroes is thinking in between turns, drinking few beers and smokes and there will be still time to arrange any minor side-work like preparing food, few tv or music, few clean up or any phonecalls..
i insist on 'few' cause, what is heroes game if you dont get lost into it
though my lazy stoned butt preferes 6min, i like 4min as well, even if i run of time.. i know my opponent runs out as well too.. so.. it adds another aspect in game: freking priorities

You say that you ready to take 8 hours for Circle.
Game with Karim on Circle 6 min was 6 hours long. Game with Balcough Dragons on Iron Man on 8 min per turn was 10 hours long. (May be 11 if 5.5 + 5.5 hours but Iron is longer than Circle 1.3 Nt know about 2.0 Because not finish it)
I have example of "superior move" what you dislike.
Necr 9 lvl With M D magic Attacs Band of Nomads + Dozens centaurs on sulfur mine (So battle not success crirical only for exp and some resources) I cast only 3 spells Becuse wering Chain mail. Plague. Mass curse poison attack. How long nomads and centaurs can Live while loss 90 HP per round? I admire thet i have longest battles but only when my heroes in small level. And for some GREAT NEED THINGS. ou admire thet sometimes you have that battles too. You prefer Expert Difficulty. What going wrong if oopponent mobilizes some resources?

1) Thinking obout moves during opponents turn is normal while opponet is too far. So it is prepared stage for "Great War'. You know that i want to go 2 main heores in DISTINCT battles and take couple of others run for power ups and suppoprt. So 5-7 battles per turn can occure. + 2 Bootle chrging with lance of units. This is efeective strategy.
Before battle you need
1) Spleet speed unit
2) Take 6 Kamikazde to group.
And may be after battle you also need (Some deeds is optional)
1) Take away some minor dead hero
2) Take some artis to main hero with single unit
3) Join Speed unit
4) Drink some bottles
5) Go to another place
So quantiy drg'n'drops become near hundred or more.
Do it for 240 sec (While time spent om castle build market E.t.c. is problematical even if i really know what to do.
And the situation while NEED TO SEE AT THIS TURN with tief what skills contain academy. What skills you have if build seminary or acadamy in castle. What you have in beastmaster hut or wich hut e.t.c.
2) While you in war with opponent. Time becomes more critical. Each day you need sent groups of scouts.. Need rect of single opponent heroes, that wish take some of your mines or even towns. Need lokate enemys mainarmy. And post new guards on their plase. Need to see inside Enemy's army with thief. And resurrect heroes sthat deaed in battle. And take them back. And drink some bottles, buy some bottles. Take some arts. And ALL things is doing for THIS STAGE. NOT SINGLE BATTLE but STRUUGLE.
Now about "precious time". I admire thet some people extimely busy and their time is precious.
Look at me: I have 120$ pay per month and inet cost to me 40$. And this is only for ability to play with YOU and some other people. 200 Hours of work per month. 60 Hours spent to play Heroes. Does 2-3 hours of ame makes difference for me? Not. but for you it is critical. Many people - many positions. May be better return for hot seat (Single sucks) or lan games But is need to make some recruits. In past i went 3 hours (1.5+1.5) To play Hot seat.
Maps people like to play is to rich maps in wich strategy of different ways is good. If maps were poor i need to take heroes Together... Expert diff makes that more need than before. May be we take precident play on IMPOSSIBLE diff?
P.S. If you wish so much We can take 4 min per round. better not waste relativitis vith people that known and famous in TOH. But you alredy know my opinion on problem.

May be Tyler or Karim is hope for me. I say that i like to join to Tyler Clan Chaotic Dwarfes.
In Game with Karim i give him chanse load game several times and give to him useful advice.
Also i told Karim and Gagatek that in game with Balcough Dragons i not have any useful 5 lvl Chaos or Nature spell. May be because that, some people wishes luck to me.
May be because i refuse to host games (Mostly i not wish me to insult as CHEATER and not wish have advantage of "flee rule")
P.S. I not know mean of word rlative, so i can misstaken what are you talking about.

About relative.. Teacher is wondering if your genes (rushian) have been 'watered out (is this a term in english?)' with the lesser races (us mortals) - meaning: you lose some, but gain a different morale codex

ah what good posts
ghasteater did good vs. me on turn time
a couple were long but the rest were under 15 minutes
he did very well i never thought gm demono could be done on iron man lol
was scared when i saw that
but still i am the fastest player alive !!!
