I'm not really in the mood to deal with this thread at the moment or much of anything at this point. So I'll donate my threads to whomever would like to take over this thread and you can accept all these challenges. I apologize for not doing this sooner. I'm sure many of you who have enjoyed this thread have been waiting to continue. So whoever would like to take over the thread, gets the threads that I own as well. I'll probably be back in a couple weeks to join in again.
Leo Lion and Satyros have both been helping quite a bit and seem to be very interested in this thread, so I'll give one of those two, the first option to take the offer.

Since you are the creator of this game if you leave none can really replace you.But I believe you have your reasons for doing so.As for your offer..I would be glad to take your place until you return (I hope that will happen soon),although I cant tell if the participation levels will be the same after you ll gone so I would like to share this offer with Leo Lion whose ideas and experience are really helpful.
EDIT:Everyone ok with this?Leo?

RSF, if you don't want to deal with this thread, I understand, but you cannot be allowed to relay your challenges to a subsitute. The best option would be for you to bow out of any outstanding challenges, therefore losing those threads, and then take an absentee stance for the rounds that you will miss in the future.
Or, we could delay the challenges until you come back and simply declare the threads in question as neutral, yet unavailable. I'm hesitant to suggest this, though, as it effectively takes those topics out of circulation completely for as long as you are inactive.

I also agree to suspend this thread, but since we are in the midst of round 7, we should at least finish it.
Any challenges RSF has had up to know will be won by the challenger. But no more challenges as it would not be fair.

I'm cool with taking over this whole bloody operation!
I actually welcome the opportunity to take care of this Game and would love to help it live on! TAK, if you are ok with my proposal I will take over RSF's role, but I would definitely need your help handling Competitions in which I am involved.
As for RSF's currently owned Threads, I think that I have a fair compromise. They will remain his until he is challenged for them. If he does not respond to the challenge in the proper timeframe (24-48 hours), he will lose them.
N.B. I would suggest though, that since he created this Game, it might be honourable to avoid challenging him until he officially declares his return. *Just a thought*
Since RSF has relinquished command of this Game, I would like to start a new Thread so that I could put all of the updated rules, participants, and owned Threads in the 1st Post, as he did in this Thread.
I will open this discussion until Monday morning @ noon (HC time) and then I will decide if we keep using this Thread or start a new one. You may IM or email me, or simply Post your opinion here regarding my idea.
P.S. Round #7 is officially over!!! I will Post the results on Monday, once the Thread issue is resolved.

It would be better not to put pressure on him to continue returning to this thread, seeing as he doesn't have the desire to at this moment. I think that RSF and his threads should be set as inactive until he returns or decides to quit for good.

There's really no need to abandon this thread, but perhaps there could be a thread for claims, discussions, and challenges (this one) and a thread where competition and round results are posted (may also include unfinished challenges and a link to the competition thread associated with each challenge). Using this plan, an outsider could simply look in the results thread and not have to wade through 8 pages of chaos to find which claims would turn into challenges, and anyone could easily access a reference to who owns what.

A)A thread for claims,challenges,tournaments and discussion: in which everyone claims for that round-this one yes
B)A thread for results:Round,Challenges and Tournaments results plus in page 1 the summary of all threads owned and by whom (in every round it should be renwed).
C)Challenges and Tournaments will be made in VW polls as usual
this could work and perhaps put this chaotic situation in order.

I have a solution. Why not just make the Round 10 tournament free buy-in with the prizes being the threads I currently hold. Anyone who challenged me can choose a different thread for their Round 7 choice.

Sorry that I haven't Posted sooner...
I thought I would be done all of the work by now, but I am still not done putting everything together.  All the details are starting to come together, though, and I hope to unveil the finished product soon. Please bear with me as I put the finishing touches on this thing in order to make this Game organized & sustainable for years to come!
All questions will be answered, all Posts will taken into account, all Threads will have links, all lists will be updated, & all of it will be glorious!!!
I should be done in the next 12 hours, if everyone to whom I sent IMs gets back to me.
