I would ban marriages though, they're useless and cost a lot of money
I mean, why do people have to get married to have a family, etc?

O_o @ Mvassreich:Quote: The Dictatorship of Mvassreich is a tiny, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its strong anti-business politics. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 12 million enjoy great individual freedoms in everything except elections, which, where they exist at all, are populist shams for a dictatorship government that has no intention of ever giving up power.
There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded, pro-business individuals juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Education, and Commerce.
What? Is it pro-business or anti-business?
And then it says that private enterprise is illegal. ???

In NS2:
"Drama on the Streets"
The streets of Drathir are overrun with mimes, moving statues and Charlie Chaplin impersonators. Several citizens have written to The Dusk Eye to complain about pedestrian delays and harassment.
1. "We should encourage such spontaneous demonstrations of creativity," a representative from the Brotherhood of the Hedonist Entertainers Repressed (BotHER) argues. "Let's support these tourist attracting performers and provide them with a state-sponsored street theater!"
2. "Ban these ruffians," bellows Archibald Leach, the head of the Social Network for Operas and Benefits (SNOB). "They give real artistes a bad name and clutter up the footpaths."
What should I pick? I'm not sure I even understand the issue perfectly

Update:
Quote: The Free Land of Bames Jond "Live and let die!"
Category: Inoffensive Centrist Democracy
Civil Rights: Some
Economy: Very Strong
Political Freedoms: Below Average
Location: the West Pacific
Regional Influence: Minnow
The Free Land of Bames Jond is a small, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 36 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.
The large government devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 24%. A large private sector is led by the Book Publishing, Soda Sales, and Cheese Exports industries.
Meat is a luxury afforded only to the wealthy, all major public areas are watched by police surveillance cameras, the mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas, and corporations donate huge sums of money to favored politicians. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Bames Jond's national animal is the aston martin, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the martini.

It seems I unearthed an ancient temple
The Issue
During the construction of a new Hyper-Mega-Ultra-Super Mall, construction workers have unearthed what appears to be an ancient temple. A furious debate has arisen between those who wish to preserve it, and those who need their retail therapy.
The Debate
1. "This is the perfect opportunity to learn more of our nation's history!" says Professor Tobias Spirit, head of the archaeological department of the Drathirvlos History Museum. "All building work must be halted immediately so that my team can study this remarkable piece of our nation's past. To bury these ruins under some concrete eyesore would be criminal!"
2. "It's all very nice to get to know some more about our past," argues foreman Jack Clinton. "But that's just the thing! It's the past! We must think of the future. If you allow those decrepit fossils to take over this place, you put at risk the future of our economy! Today it's archaeological digs, tomorrow it's 'preservation of the environment'. Just let me bulldoze the worthless pile of rubble and bury it under a few hundred tonnes of concrete."
3. "Behold, the hour has arrived! The Holy Temple of Firefury Amahira has been unearthed!" proclaims Yon-Zhauryg v'Klot, leader of the Cult of the Undead Bat. "This land is sacred, and must not be befouled by these corporations! No-one but the enlightened children of Firefury must be allowed to venture inside our rediscovered sanctuary, where we will perform the required rituals to please the Great Goddess and prevent Her from unleashing Her wrath upon the world."
Haha, 3 is funny
I don't know what to choose - I'm more inclined towards 1 but I hope it won't lower my economy a lot.
Isn't an ancient temple important for the economy as well? Why in (2) it says that I put at risk my economy?
