Coz if there was particular topic for each new team, total page count could be much shorter.

Toby, you've got a lot of work ahead of you if you want to get to what truly fits M&M and HoM&M Universe. When I first found out about Forge about a year ago, I thought it was some crazy fan's idea of merging HoM&M with Cyberpunk Sci-Fi. Then I did A LOT of research, the result of which was me becoming a devoted supporter of the Forge project. Here are some of the "stranger" things I found out about:
-Kreegans aren't demons, but aliens who only *look* like demons;
-COLONY is among the several worlds known to have been created by the advanced technology of the alien race known only as the Ancients (who also created the Forge);
-According to Greg Fulton, "if we were to find out what Erathia's Angels really were, we'd get a headache."
So, before rashly opposing this project, I suggest you read the plot of the whole M&M series on the same Wikipedia you quoted, and then form your own opinion.
On the brighter note, it's great that Don's finally back again. As for the level 7 unit, I think that the Seeker/Sentinel/Assassin droid model from M&M VII should be used (lower left picture), for tradition's sake. Those were among the most powerful units back in M&M VII, so making them the Forge's level 7 unit makes sense. Also, Don, when you said that "droid-like one won", did you mean this one?

Noy steam-powered. It has a diesel engine like cyborgs and "tanks" have.

Ok guys, if somebody is interested - there will be new version of cyberdead and cyberzombie in this weekend. The first one's battle DEF and portraits are ready, but I will release ALL things: all defs (battle and map), portraits and also specialties.
There's a screen with new cyberdeads. It looks better now.

Can you Share with us so We can add shiny saws and improve other stuff to create an Ideal Cyber-cyborg? It will help us a bit.

I think there could be a problem with format... Just tell me what stuff should I improve.

I have a couple of suggestions regarding their looks:
-they should have a few random wounds and cuts on their torso and legs;
-their whole body seems a little bit too thin and tall;
-the mechanical arms are way too long IMO.
Overally they're excellent, and the details are only an object of personal preferences.

So they have.
Quote: -their whole body seems a little bit too thin and tall;
It's the best variant. Sorry.
Quote: -the mechanical arms are way too long IMO.
I tried to make it like on concept arts. Also shorter arms would look IMO horrible.

Yeah, they do have a couple of torso wounds, but I specifically meant that trademark Zombie wound that makes their right foot look like it's almost torn off.
Their arms in are slightly longer than normal in the concepts, given the fact that they have chainsaws, but I think that your model's arms are too long because, were they fully extended, they would literally be as long as the Zombie's entire body is tall. Again, don't let this concern you, it's just a detail that I'd like better: the model is still objectively excellent.

Ok, so...
You can download new version of cybers here - with map defs (not perfect sadly - no time to fix'em), portraits (big and small, with and without background) and specialty icons (big and small, only without background ).
Enjoy.

Thank you people (and hobbits) for an effort to bring this refreshing faction back to MM universe.
One question to creators of this mod: In order to play it, will I be forced to install "In the Wake of Gods"? I really don`t like the changes introduced in WoG and I would prefer playing original heroes only with Forge faction added.

I think I sold my soul already some time ago, so I will need to rebuy it first...
Writing about "technical platform" you mean version of game? Will Complete Edition do the trick, or some files from WoG are necessary?

Only WoG allows playing with mods, unless you are ready to insert the defs one by one in Complete edition. WoG = Complete Heroes with modification options. They can all be skipped.
