Like in HoMM, every "Hero" (i.e. spammer/player) get one move. So, that's four moves pr. team pr. round.
In one move, you may both hire once and move once. Not twice...
Was that possible to understand?

Question
Why is it we get penalized if we have many yellow stars? The troops cost more for the ones who have many stars...

Easy.
People with lots of yellow stars (should) have more reds than those with few.

This was to not discourage members with low post counts. If this rule was not there, Red Team would have an unfair advantage.

Ok I'm gonna ask that Silver buys a ton of units and moves into Geroff. But first he should trade some units to the other people, since he can buy them the cheapest. I will move into Cold Glacier, since it has nice income.

I'd say it would be best if you just keep the units you buy, otherwise the game gets too confusing and a few of the rules mean nothing anymore. I say no to the unit trading.

Actually, the rules clearly state that units can be traded. And it is wrong to assume that this makes other rules obsolete.
If more people see this as unballancing, the rules can be altered.
EDIT: After thinking this over, I believe that it is only reasonable to remove the unit trading thing.
My post count has been countered with the yellow star multiplier rule, so it's only fair that RSF's insane quality count is countered by not giving his team the use of both the cheapest and strongest units in the game.

let's get it on!
i'll buy 19 units and attack shadowcaster's troops stationed in the volcanic wastelands.
the math is simple:2*19=38 damage first round.
1 unit left for shadow..makes 7 damage,kills 3 of mines, so 16 left, top one with 1 hp.next round..
Shadowcaster retreats..
still 30 units left in our home town...i paid 30*40*19=2280 gold for my move
