well Angelito already mentioned the trainers programs that everyone heard of but no one knows what they are.
As for saves peeking, if a player drops in a game he can just open the map in sp where he can enable a cheat to see the whole map.in a couple a minutes he will return with a "whole new perspective" on the map.

Unfortunately it's hard to prouve that someone was checking saves, only way to do it is save after each turn and notice any sudden change of direction/plan.For exemple:u have a game and you save day 4 week2.U suspect he checked the save.you must look at saves from day 1 week 2 or even earlier to see the moves he made with the main hero.You see him heading a certain direction, but right after you load the game next day he suddenly changes direction and moves towards other area.Now this is obvious cheating.

Hey! That's the way that I always play...since I'm such a nOOb and can never make up my mind as to what I want to do next, I end up changing directions at least once a week! 
Is someone else using your account, tigris? Or did you simply find it necessary to quote yourself, right after your previous Post?
