Clash of Heroes was also really good, imo. The rest is just trash.

Just bought this from steam, never played it before, it's one of those games I've always intended to try just never got round to it. Hope it doesn't disappoint after all this time. I will try it tonight and report back.

Well I'm enjoying the game so far. I am quite impressed how good the graphics are after all it is ten years old now. The combat is good if a little hard. Only on chapter 2 so early days yet but so far so good.

I'm glad that game was cancelled by the way because that outsource developer was a yet another very desperate cheap as chips outsource developer,
(also yet another another Eastern European developer, what is it with Team Erwin and Eastern Europe, do you think maybe Erwin pissed the bed in the Ritz and thus became a Russian agent like that other cheeto bloke),
anyway it was a pretty desperate attempt of Team Erwin to conjure up another project to justify their existence (and paychecks), would have been crap, buggy, overpriced and full of DRM, I mean look at how crap that Skeleton looks for Haven's sake, he doesn't even have the Skeleton bones like in Heroes 1-5,
if they had any wisdom they should have cancelled Heroes 7 as well as this one and sent us all a Toblerone instead lol

But... it looks cool. Sure, it's not very gritty, but it's also not overly flashy (neon-kind flashy) and not clad in some Anime/Warcraft-fantasy armor. It has simple style, yet you see a tiny spider emblem and a characteristic helmet. It's surprisingly well-made and I'd say it's the best possible rendition of the 'Skeleton Soldier' type of enemy in Ashan lore.
For all we know, it can be an upgraded skeleton. What I really want to say is... for once, it's really not that bad.

Maybe in Ashan lore, but it's still ******* ugly from a general standpoint IMO, especially if you were to make a comparison with NWC's versions and envision it in 3d art, that model has no reminiscence whatsoever with it.
BTW it looks like recycling from h6's skeleton, yep.

I don't really mean that it's bad from a Heroes 6 or 7 TBS standpoint but bear in mind this was supposed to be a realistic looking first person shooter/action game aiming at a 2017 or 2018 release, that asset looks very dated or last gen and doesn't look competitive or impressive at all to me in that context, nor much like a Skeleton lol
