But, as I pointed before in other threads, I want a finished game. And that doesn't mean something completely different from H4. H4 had good things and I would like to see them back.

Sure.
I'd like them to:
1. Improve multiplayer functionality, so that multiplayer works well.
2. Balance the factions.
3. Make the battlefield larger

1: Yes of course. (so long you dont need any Gamsespy Id)
2: Isn't they balanced? Oh yes, dungeon has only one ranged atacker, but it has a high-level spellcaster to compensate that.
3: I don't know ho large the battlefield is, but a large battlefield is always good. (if it isn't to huge)

I have recently layed my hands on Heroes 3 and, by my honor, the game rocks! Until that moment I have been VERY negative about Heroes 5 (since it's heavily based on Heroes 3). Now that I've changed my mind it seems the game WILL suck after all. As many people already stated, if HoMM 5 fails, there won't be any HoMM 6 (which hopefully would be heavily based on Heroes 4)...
If the devils... ehhmm... the developers, I mean, listen to our protests, the game release date will be postponed for a few months, during which we will be kept busy by a lot of other games. A lot of GOOD games.
If the devs continue their "we dont give a damn about our fans" policy, we simply won't buy HoMM 5, because there are a LOT of other games to keep us busy. A lot of GOOD games.
I'm transferring these news of our struggle to another games' forum, hopefully we'll get more support.
EDIT: to avoid misunderstandings, I have signed on saveheroes.org and transferred the saveheroes.org links along with the required info on that forum.

This thread is NOT the petition.
It seems a lot of people are "signing" here thinking this is the petition....it's not.
If you want a good game, follow the link http://www.saveheroes.org/petition/ and sign there. You must register. All you need is an email address. Then check your email for the password to log in. It only takes a few minutes.

Unfortunately, Gamespot is too early. Titles can still be added to the list of planned releases. Until there is a formal statement about Heroes V, we simply don't know.

I dont want to play like Daggerfall...Anyone who has played Daggerfall will know what i mean!! the constant crashes, limited to 2 quests at a time, the countless number of patches...etc...
i want heroes 5 to be good, clean, unbugged fun!!

Signed!!! As many times as I can!
I never played Daggerfall but I did play Master of Orion 3 and if this disapoints me as bad as that one did then, hey I could always use a new coaster I guess. Or something to stop my table from wobbling, or my 4 year old sister could always use it for a new toy.
Although unless I can see some serious improvements won't be wasting even the $10 that I did on MOO3.

The last thing I want to see is another H4 fiasco.
I believe I will bide my time after the game is released and then if the comments I hear/see about it are unfavorable I will most likely not be buying it.
