TOURNAMENT of HONOR REOPENS for HEROES V :)
Explore the site thoroughly, and check your records. For the next 4 days ToH is in 'beta' form, where all bugs get squashed, and a few minor changes might be made.
You're welcome to post here about anything of the new ToH that might be on your mind... even down to simple graphical changes.

There was about 3 people playing heroes 3 for rank per day... you cannot believe that there is going to be support for that?? Especially on the eve of homm5. Don't be quick to judge.
Aculias: Those must be a prestige point for every 2,000 posts you made lol.

tigris just let me make it clear (I don't want any misunderstandings at this point) -- I'm talking about the physical games reported to ToH towards the end of the homm3 season -- not how many people were playing for 'fun'. An average of 3 games reported/day does not warrant a full fledged tournament for it anymore.

Heroes 2 was a great game but when heroes 3 made a hugh impact, no one played heroes 2 online.
It was all about heroes 3.
We have to concentrate on the new.
Most players are played out Tigris, we been playing heoes 3 for so many yrs.
Plus I can imagine if Rob did want to support 3 it would be so much work because if heroes 5 makes that big of an impact, it would not only be so much more work on the work while having busy lives but it might also cause friction just like it did when MAH was around.

I think the site looks great so far 
Some questions about the tournies:
- Which of them subtournies can we expect to be run?
- The Clans would be a cool tourney...teamplay was always fun.
I guess this was the main reason why WW was so active (tribes).
Some questions about the "layout":
- We will be able to look up the statistics of every player. These statistics also contain whom the player played against (like it was the seasons before), but could it also be doable, to see on which map whom played against whom?
- Can u enable the "search" button in the Search Player site to be activated when pressing "enter"? (Itīs prolly just me, but i was always annoyed, when nothing happened after iīve entered a name and pressed enter..
Any more informations about who will be member in the Council (besides you and LichKing) ?

The Clans will run the entire season. There's a separate icon for it on the front page aswell. Looks great btw

We don't know yet, but hopefully the ubi servers will be good enough, and hopefully the ubi.com lobby interface will be satisfactory.

All the subtourneys that say 'coming soon' expect to be run; with clans and warlords opening up first, probably in about 2 weeks after games' launch. I want to make sure people don't jump into clans just right away, when they are just learning the towns, and may not have made up their mind as to which town they prefer, as well as just starting to form bonds/friendships online.
Some questions about the "layout":
statistics will show who you played, and how many games you won/loss against each player, and what maps you played, and how many times.
the search button to 'press enter' to activate -- I just called the programmer to enable that. I agree that would be more user-friendly.
The honor council is open -- I don't know who will be involved -- I may have to be for a while. Lichking will be the chairman for now.
At least we know one thing, there will be no map editing to ones' advantage right now because there is no map editor coming with the game haha.

The visitor counter has been running for 4 years, so its since then.
Players registered are all the players from the homm4 and homm3 database. A good way to tell if its a new registration for the new hommm5 TOH, is if the player registration number is over 17,000.
But I'm crapping my pants right now because I just went to sleep for 5 hours and I see 50+ new registrations to go through and activate.
I wanted to have a realtime counter like this -- so that people can really see the sheer magnitude of players & games played on ToH; understand how big this membership really is.

ops actually there is about 24,000 registered accounts -- so anything over 24,000 player registration number is a new signup.
the counter shows 17,000 or so because it does not count the old inactive registrations (about 7000 inactive regs).

I have a registration problem. It says duplicate user name.
I don't know when i last registered on the ToH site, but it must have been a fiew years agoo. And i doubt that someone else will use such stupide name as "Lord Riton" for his user name
So i guess it was my account i made a fiew years agoo, but i don't remember the password, and my E-mail Adress changed recently, can't get access to the old one 
Do i need to create a new account with another handdle ?
