u trying to say rmg was good ? and that temps were generated balanced?
lets hope they have alittle more success then they had in h3 then

well so far I see an average of 2-3 players on the UBI server. Nothing happening as of yet. I think I will 'activate' homm5 ToH for gaming tomorrow evening, and see how it goes.

I totaly agree with Vesuvius , that for 3 reports per day, heroes 3 rubric should be deleted , but is normal for so little reports becowse nobody for a long time didnt took care of the council. Even I sended several complains about games on e-mail for the council but nobody answered. For as much implication , that much reports. I never saw an admin on GS for months. I think nobody took care of the heroes 3 game becowse being lazy waiting for heroes 5 they unlooked at h3 council.
I agree with tigris that heroes 3 should have let in paralel with heroes 5 and I sustain my affirmation becowse I played heroes 5 since it was out.I played al skirmish maps , and castle campaign and I must confess is dead boring.The game lasts to much (at least twice than heroes 3).
Yes for children until 16 years the game(heroes 5) is extraordinary. With live color explosion like in "pokemon" where light colors and artificial colors predominate. For those who didn't knew for real how to play heroes 3 ,or for newbies in the Turn Based Strategies , heroes 5 is supercool. Besides graphics that takes you're eyes and the spectacular spells the games is a absolute failure from strategic and tactic point of view compared to heroes 3. The heroe is too big (and if you zoom out you barely see any of the map) , the 3D graphics makes you not to see many items and constructions from the map...etc. The battle field is a caricature compared to heroes 3 , and the ideea of implementing initiative in the game is absolutly aberrant (gives you head pains). In all the games the player suffers becowse of the lack of resurces , the cause beeing the much too bigger map compared to the abundance of resurces , mines
Not putting a RMG in the game makes the multiplayers gaming dull and incompetent of making real organised competitions. The spells are at least 2 times littler than in heroes 3 and the ideea of every hero "learning" any spell without any certain skill (winsdom...) it's another bad ideea (Should have named the game Heroes "with" Might And Magic 5 ,both of them included togheter no matter what lol). The constructions from town are but in the worst sistem I've ever seen.You cannot know what contructions unblock others ,especialy if you never played heroes 3 , and even if you played heroes 3 you have many dificulties if finding the right contructions to make. The wait and army splitting army button are hidden from the average player ( you must have played heroes 3 to know the shortcuts from keybord lol ). Where are much loved heroes like CragHack , Tazar ,Gundula...etc. who gived magic to the game. All these any many others makes me belive that heroes 3 should have been let in paralel with heroes 5. I think heroes 3 becomed a classic game like chess in his strategic and tactic complexity. And about that people didt played heroes 2 anymore when h3 appeared is becowse they maked a much more better game than the previous witch here is not the case. Heroes 5 is a totaly other game than heroes 3 , and not it's continuation.

Good for you! I guess you've found your game. Nothing can compete with a ghost/memory.
F.ex. No mmorpg can give me the same feeling as the first mmorpg I experienced.
The Stone Age had its advantages, but some manage to enjoy y2006+ aswell.
Strategy was needed back then, and I'm sure it's needed now.

Arangar , I was very anctious for the heroes 5 appereance , I was watching everyday to find out when can I buy the game , and...when finaly the game was released I installed it with the soul at my mouth and I was ready to forever forget heroes 3 but then after I played It i saw that isnt even half as good as heroes 3. Btw the Toh site lookes very cool , but is too sad heroes 3 is not there. I give them no more than 3 months to realise that h3 can't be aced by heroes 5. I hope that the folowing expansions of h5 will change my oppinion .

ToH opens for gaming tonight. But for now I still see one or two people on the Ubi gaming zone playing, so I don't forsee any real activity for a while, until homm5 gets into the hands of most players, sometime next week.

woah, just went to the ubi matching service, and there is about 100 persons on there now in the regular game rooms. Time to fire up ToH.
