I just don't understand why those h5 titans have so pitiful HP. They've always been one of the most durable units in the game, save h4. And now, 190 HP? Ple-ease.. -_-

Hitpoints of all Tier-7 units have decreased in HoMM5 relative to previous installments of the series. The reason they stated for that was that they wanted to reduce the dominance of Tier-7 units in endgame situations, so that lower Tier units still kept their value. I think they did a nice job on that.

...They overdid it.
Now Level7 creatures are wimpy! and around week 6, you can have 5 titans or so, against much bigger numbers of lesser units - so titans will die quickly.. ~~ bah.
Their hp SHOULD be raised. Same for other units (upgraded), because it's almost impossible to get the upgraded L7s into a multiplayer game, so they SHOULD give a measure of divinity to a player who gets them.. ~~

i tend to agree... back in H3 the lv 7s' hps were done perfectly, they might be high, but it's not a problem to actually take them down at all.... but now in H5, they fall too fast, first round or 2, the lv 7s are wiped out.

Black dragons have lost 160 hit points from h4,60 from h3.We all used to black dragon with great hit points and being supreme.Heroes 5 coming didn't changed it very much,but their hit points did.
Now,the titan has been succumbed to being a kind of golem to the wizards personal uses,and they lost their titanship!!!!!Being in competition with the black dragons from heroes 2 did make them favourite creature for me some times and for many the best creature in heroes.If we take the fact that"a titan is the bigest thing a wizard can achieve",respect from their creators should have been more than offered,and it hasn't been to much from what I see!!!!!The Rakshasha's have 14 hit points,just 50 less than the titans!!TITANS!!!!!They are supposed to be titan!!HUUUUUGE!!!I have no idea why nival put them in a worse second place now than ever,wtihout heroes 4 though!
Archangel lost hit points to....power as well....respect...and of all their primarily use in combat.Nobody really thinks of sending the Archangels now to deal with those hydras,wraiths,treants..Now we all use,griffin wait,paladin the same,marksmen shoot!!enemy moves,griffin battle dives,inquisitors bless,paladins charge(kills maybe),griffins finishes.Archangel probably resurects 1 or 2 paladins.
Archdevil's power is boosted from a medium creature to a key creature.It's hit points aren't that bad but they are heck evil
Hi points of ghost dragons have decreased big from h4 where there was bone dragon and with 40 from h3.They're weakness makes most players hate and despite them,and that's their place in this game.
Emerald Dragon.Same case as in the titans.Having treants with 181 hit points and an advantage of 19 hit points between them isn't the advantage they should heve hot.Lost 50 hit points from h3,also with their looks and charm,my respect,and nivals ignorance.

I disagree, their HP's were to high in previous versions. You might take them down in end battles with your hordes of lesser troops, but you could easily clear the map with nothing but one troop type, and suffer few losses. In Homm5, I would say the only useless tier 7 is the angel/archangel, since you'd generally make out better using the money for the training skill.

Archangel.Strong,has an awsome Healling power.
The second in my opinion is the Archdevil.Strong too,can summon Pit Lords from dead allies.

I've always enjoyed the Dungeon town and the black dragons, and I'm not going to change in H5. Black dragon is the best.

What the heck is this Fallen Angel anyway? Shouldn't the "Devil" be the fallen "angel" (i.e opposite of angel).
Phoenix is tough, but not worth the money (10000 gold  )
Best tier 7 creature: Wight (err, I meant the "Reaper")

The fallen angel is a renegade creature in HoF. The renegades are kind of new Haven upgrade creatures.

I like the fact that lv7 creatures have fewer hitpoints than they used to have. Damage is still huge and some cases bigger than they where in H3 like the Black Dragons and Titans.
People should apreciate other creatures in the game aswell. Personally i like the lv4 creatures best in the game when every tier creature is usefull and interesting.
