It looks like a 'PIGIS THING' wich walkes uprite! And it looks darn stupid.

Agreed the Orc looks disgusting...
But then again isn't that exactly what we should suspect? 
I would have been very disappointed if they were cute. Now they fulfill all our worst prejudice about them.

Yrc.....
...I just don't like them..
sure.. Yrc (orcs) are ugly.. but not like that.. I prefer the "tolkien" version... Elves and Humans that were "inversed" into Yrc by Morgoth... hideous? maybe.. pig-headed? no!!!

What's with the pig-headed orcs? I thought NWC abandoned the orcs' piggish appearance after HoMM1. In conclusion: orcs are not pigs and i'd recruit orcs rather than pigs.

Their appearance has been screwed with so much by so many games and books I don't think it really matters. They are certainly different from the norm. but they look mean and nasty and that's the main thing.
There are other creatures that need a makeover worse than them! (guess my comment about the pig pen earlier was not that far off!!)
Hey Ash-NIR is there a faint resemblance to Grishnakh? Maybe it's the eyes?

imho the orcs look so cute and cuddlly i would like to tickle them under their chin with my mouse, just to hear their sweet grunt that is a music to my ears just like the snoring of snow-white with the poisoned apple in her throat. i would also like angels with pig heads recruited from a clock tower called 'pig pen' (a larger and different looking version of the orc tower), and a pig dragon.
ok, honestly, i think the orcs are great. i didn't like the pig-headed orcs of homm2 because they were so slow and also their graphics wasn't very good imho, but the homm4 orc looks just so sweet i cannot help taking a look at it now and then, and i am looking forward to seeing them in the game.
what i would like to see about orcs is:
1) shorter shooting range than other shooters.
2) no melee penalty.

i was saying it all out without paying attention to how much sense it would make. both the good and the bad thing with sarcasm is that no one will know what you really think. just read the part that starts with 'ok, honestly..,' and you will get my real opinion. to put it short: i really do like the orcs, and their pig head fits them imho.
