I've killed all the enemies and taking everything possible on the map, but the clover of fortune. Seeing as i need the sandals of the saint to get past the quest guard, however i don't have the sandals, and can't see them anywhere. Help would be greatly appreciated!
The sandals are in the possession of Gundula and Kilgor.

On the latest version of HD this campaign doesnt work. On the first map, the hero "learns" the spel used in combat, but its not available in the spell book after the battle. Some times u get an error when loading save,the log says something about replacing minerals for the naga bank.

Replacing means you played it with WoG, not simply HD.

I don't have wog installed,just SOD(complete).
edit: the HD mod generated an error log
edit2: i got it to work by making another h3.exe but without checking the +hd box, so now it works fine.

I'm sorry for bumping up this thread, but I could not find any guide to this awesome campaign so I decided to just look for some help from some experts around here
At start I and the AI were placed on a central island, separated by a neutral garrison which was guarded by a stack of 20 Gold Dragons and some other Rampart troops. The AI as usual had access to much better armies,arties as well as resources from the start. Each side both had a second Rampart town which I was able to secure from day 2. My starting area was very poor which only have about 2 wood/ore mines so I was struggling develop one town, let alone double build. However, I had every external creature dwellings for Rampart around my area, which were flagged week 1. I had Dracon as a carried over hero with 1 Magi/1 Monk/1 Enchanter external dwelling.
I could not find a solution to break through the garrison to attack my opponent before week 3, and then Lady Mephala with much better stats just showed up at M1W3D2 after breaking through the garrison and simply destroyed me.
Anyone knows how to get through this? Any inputs are much appreciated.

If you have a perfect hero from previous map you can break week1, if not then go for 121, or 122 break.
You have Dracon, who starts with 6-10 enchanters. You have dwelling of enchanters, moks and mages. Plus some meat from 2 towns. Plus a random monster from camp near garrison.
The key idea is: make one enchanters stack, and hope it can survive one round of damage taking, then each round resurrect until gold dragons are not too much, then slow/blind, res again and finish them.
If they can't possibly survive, then wait till 121, get monks, enchanters and mages, upgrade them with Dracon and then you should have no problem with executing this tactics.
Once you are through the garrison take the town(north) and follow east. Fight with Mephala should not be difficult, just remember to have mana.

Thanks mate, this worked like a charm! I could have never imagined that those 40 enchanters could dish out that much damage and I totally forgot about the resurrection spell too.

Stuck at the fifth map (Trial by Flame). How to release two heroes - Dracon and Gelu, they are on some islands in the west. I can finish the map right now, still I would like to level up these two heroes before moving on.

I got on 7th map of this campaign (the one with Mutare), easily crushed Tazar after I drained his mana (Xeron died second turn, having only one of those sh*tty stacks like Cerberuses or something), only Mutare is left for now.
Anyway, I have a problem: there are parts of the map reachable only by Fly or DD. How am I supposed to go there?
Edit: Sorry guys, looks like there's also a Tan in the map so you can win the map only by artifact delivery. Then I have to use Tome of Air from Mutare, etc.
Edit 2: I finished the campaign. So basically, Gueen Marlindra was a ruler of a Rampart kingdom and the Prince too.

can someone please help me with map 6. how to get that Bow and Bowstring needed for the Golden Bow? they are on the underground teritory that seems to be unreachable..
