Hey,
Hourglass 1.3 and The War Within 1.0
- Found a minor bug on both.
(1) Hourglass on the Island ( red side ) at the Hill Fort the outmost chest facing the water, actually contains 2 ~ e.g. you get two amounts in one chest. Probably just a double click when you placed it.
(2) The War Within Same small detail goes for this map ( red side too ) the creatures just outside ( to the edge of map ) is a double up e.g. : I attacked lots of Zombies...and after the kill there was lots of archers too in the same spot/same turn etc.
-[ EDIT ] There are two Final Encounter on the report win/loss page ~ Just a heads up.

Thanks, Ill fix those.. In fact I have all the updates just about ready for my 4 maps, but haven't gotten around to posting them because generally I like to run through them once if I make anything more than a minor fix. If Im not too busy later Ill post them all.
The double item bug usually happens when u place an item and then switch to the under/upper ground from what I've noticed. It's pretty annoying when it happens and hard to detect unless you find it in the game haha.

Great looking and seems very fun to play!
I have one rather major bug to report though:
Red player's second town is heavily guarded (by haven troops tier 1-4),
while blue player's second town has only it's default guards (a bunch of tier 2 troops of appropriate faction)
This is serious because blue can take his second town on day 2, and red has to wait a week or so.
Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to play this map in multi.
Thx for kind words - would be real fun to play with you double game - one on Dead Man's Lake, one on Ashes and Sands
As for bug - thx for pointing this out. Typical irony of fate: when you check every detail, u finally miss obvious things right under your nose i will post 1.1 version in a few days (just will wait in case any other problems might show up)
EDIT: Here is the 1.1. version (link in original post about this map is updated, too). Also forwarded map to Vesuvius.

Whats going on with the map : dragons cape , That i sent you?
I assure u its fully tested (i played it twice) it has no bugs and is a great map please put it in maps section...
p.s not my map but everyone play it once its on is a great map..
nevermind: Haven't recieved your map in email-- got ashes & sands from zilonite yesterday though

Map board is dying..
Regardless of the thread being pretty dead... I decided to post all my updates for each of my 4 maps.
*Battle for Honor version 1.5 update notes - To fix the enourmous Imp problem I removed the level 1 dwelling and replaced it with a guarded level 3 dwelling. I added 1 knowledge stat booster for each side. I also updated the aesthetics to the map slightly.
*Hourglass version 1.4 update notes - Added a tent on the hillfort island to allow access to the middle without fighting the guards similar to the original hourglass map. Added a guarded relic in the middle area along with a few things to make it more worthwhile to be first. Also made the Hillfort Island slightly more worth going to.
*Giant War version 1.1 update notes - Changed the border guards to 200 Fire elementals, 10 phoenix, 15 devils, 20 arch devils, 15 devils, 10 phoenix, 200 fire elementals. Added a lil more underground.
*The War Within version 1.1 updates notes - Added an AI player underground, and guarded access to the middle from the underground. Fixed some minor bugs also.
Ok report any bugs found.. I wasn't able to fully test them since I've been kinda busy.
On a side note... any requests for a new map? I haven't begun a new one yet and not sure what the community wants.

Thanks for the updates JB I was waiting to remove the ye olde versions and replace them with new . I hope versions 1.4 and 1.5 will be final versions
As far as map requests go...I was hoping for a filthy rich huge map that is broken into local impassable regions(removing instant travel).The old heroes2 map "sudden siege" being an example of this. Only a random heavily guarded teleport system close (far would be fine too)to each castle and the same 2 way teleporters also to pockets of treasures and extra rewards.
I know a certain amount of luck is involved after the builld up period and a castle defender might be a good idea too. Anyways...a filthy rich map of any kind would be good. Perhaps an hourglass XL even...up to you of course.

I requote from my post on Setember, 23rd:
"Keep up the good work, jb. What about some Giant War, Deth of Beth, Quest for Victory, You vs Me? Any other projects still in planing phase?"
The first one was done quite nicely, and I like the other three maps mentioned by me a lot.
BoB is awaited by quite some players of the German community, and some others want to see a comeback for Nemesis, although I don't like those two maps.

Good thing Imp problem, imho, was not a major problem, albeit Haven's marksman zounds were. Albeit Haven still rocks on this map (as on 95% of other maps ), now at least there is a hope for other factions.

Well with 2 towns you can still get a decent amount of imps.. but you can't overdo it haha.

not sure what 'hnr' and 'snw' means.... but another thing with MP...
When your opponent play.... what the **** can you do...????
nothing......
Why can't we take a "closer" look at heroes and town.... atleast....
(for me when I play I surfing around with my 2'nd comp. laptop... when the "hourglass" shines on my screen)

My wish list for expansion is simple!!!!
I wanta " Its your turn now chime " Nothing more frustrating then doing a few odds and ends during Arangars 20 min turn and having to keep running back to screen to see if its my turn because it makes no sound when my turn comes it just quietly flips over. Now on day 1 of the new week it makes a nice chime... Wish it did that every day.

Perhaps ... in addon this problem will be partly solved by "simultaneous" turns.

Indeed it would be nice to have a chime for end of opponents' turn. That is one of those things that tells you the UBI team really doesn't play MULTI, as much as they 'claim'. - Ves
