Hi everyone. Do I hear groaning from everyone except Dj? I think I do. I haven't visited this topic in a while, so...will this town be good or evil? I don't think anybody's answered that yet...also, just a recomendation: switch dragonspawn with tamed dragon. In most other towns, the level 6s are steeds or knights on steeds, so I think the tamed dragon should be lvl 6. Just giving my two cents.
Edit: Whoever created the Palace website, could you put the link in your sig? Bj does it and it makes it easy to view. And while we're on the subject of the website, I was the one who voted 'good, but I would have changed some things'.

I remember something about Palace that I read 2 years ago!!!
No Suleman... I'm adding it because it's named as the DRAGON WARS... therefore each town will have dragons. Don't think that I'm going to misrepresent how I want this game to be about... Besides in my experience with games I wanna make it seem worth playing. That's why this next part you'll see that in order to increase replay value, I'm boosting the features... I found a way to "lock" certain features so that in time you'll have access them. For one In order to "unlock" some towns, in this case the Temple and the Palace, you need to complete certain goals. To unlock the Temple you must play through 4 of the 6 Campaigns, the last two require the Temple. To unlock the Palace you must conquer (umm... someone help me on that one) each and every senario of RoE, AB, and SoD, the ones that come with the games. I've managed to program in a "User Login" which will keep records of all maps... Why do it like that to unlock the Palace? The Palace will have the ability to Create your own town troops, however you like, modifing old HoMM3 troops to become more useful, but only for the Palace. Plus, the Map Editor will come ready with Blank Artifacts, 30 Bonus Creature Slots (for use of the Palace), and blank location, all of which can be edited simply in the Map Editor. upto 50 Blank artifacts will be useful for almost anything, and 5 blank combo artifacts so you can be creative. And with the Blank Artifact Editor in store with it, it'll be as easy as editing a hero or town.
Does this sound familiar?

it's better to be evil...most dragons are evil in mithology etc...Rampart has Pegasus/Silver Pegasus as level 4 and it's kinda knight (Woman in shining armor ) on steed(pegasus)

Dragonbreath, about the sig, sorry. My account is "messed up", which causes to have less features than others (ie. No sig, no time prefrences, no Yellow Stars, etc.) so I can't...
Back on the project, animation for Ruby Dragon is finished, but the BMPs are bad and I don't know how to fix them. If anyone is willing to help, please do. Contact if you want to see the BMPs.

well...the thing is that we can't do this town good...we already made some dragons, hardly, and u say that they look evil...all dragons look evil because.....they're dragons..u can't make them smiling, with puppy eyes...so i still dunno if it's evil or good..

No, some of them I aproved of (saphire dragon, and I like the new dragonspawn too), and I don't think ALL the HoMM3 dragons look evil(green, gold, faerie, and azure). And some dragons were good in mythology. Yes, most of them were evil dirty beasts that lived in caves and burnt towns to the ground. But some of them were actually good dragons (silver dragons would even use Polymorph to turn into humans and live with them in D&D). I know that we usually think of dragons as evil, but I'm saying it's possible there are some that aren't evil, and they live in the Palace towns.

U missed my point....what i'm trying to say is that a dragon is a beast..(excluding Faerie Dragon) even if it's a good/evil it still is a beast...BIG and ULGY, with horns, jaws, claws etc.

^Green, gold, and azure dragons aren't ugly. They are beasts yes, but not all of them are huge, grotesque, and ugly. I said ruby dragon looked evil because it had big flaming red eyes. Everything else was okay. Sure, most dragons hate humans, but some don't. I mean, hello? Green and gold dragons? Rampart has plenty of humans in it, yet the dragons have no problem at all living there. You can't just set your mind on something and say that nothing except your current belief is possible. It's called expanding your mind. (That was for Dj)
Um, Edn...you seem to get really mad whenever I come to close...why? (Yes, I know that's not a real smiley) Can't you just calm down? Why are you so mad at me?

considering the crew ( 1 Finalfantasy- and D&D-obsessed rather unimaginative critic, and lots of chatters) , im not one bit surprised
