I'm afraid that's completely off. The dragon servant/guard was supposed to have a blue suit, not a red one, and haliberdier's head. The dragonmaster was also supposed to have a red robe, and more bigger red staff tip.

Actually, I can't. Perhaps I could recolor them, but I can't do much else. I don't even have Paint on my computer.

paint sucks anyway. gimp is a LOT better.

Yes this town should be neutral.
This is the best solution for this. Look at other games there are dragons neutral too. Dragons are powerfull and so they doesn´t stand on a good or a evil side by natural.

IMO It's an impossible town, coz how can we make goody-o-doer dragons with high quality?
BTW it's so much work for a town, and the leader doesn't even know how to make creatures? But if you are ambitious to continue, in 2010 (at least) we'll have the town.

lets not get too ambitious, make a few good-quality unit complete animations, and they might be in wog 3.59. a whole town is not good because
* youll never get it ready
* in case it isnt possible to add new towns, all the old towns have to be replaced if everybody makes his own town.

why do you think everybody wants to make creature animations fitting exactly your opinion? because if you eliminate all creature animations not based on your idea, youll never get a single creature ready.

Some dragons are good. Take green dragons for example. You say I'm bent on this town being good, but you're just as bent on your "all dragons are evil, dummy" phrase.

I would say that MOST dragons are evil, some are... well, like green and gold dragon more neutral. I think it could have been a good town if it was neutral aligned with both good and evil dragons

And....about the dragons
Normally...Green Dragons are evil and Gold Dragons are good. Chromatic Dragons are evil and Metallic Dragons are good.Here u will find more http://www.draconika.com .So Gold Dragons,Diamond Dragons and Crystal Dragons are good.Azure Dragon, Green Dragons, Rust Dragons, Red Dragons etc are evil.  wait! Crystal Dragons are not metallic....let's put Crystal Dragons and Faerie Dragons neutral. So...u see that in heroes 3 are only 3 good dragons (green, gold and diamond).Not all dragons are evil. That's all I had to say!
