This post is a bit off topic, so I apologize to the other readers of this thread, but I really can't resist responding to this.
Dear Karim,
In the first place you didn't lose two games, you got completely annihilated two times. So, I fail to see how you could interpret my not wanting to play you again as an indication of cowardice. As previously stated, I don't think suiciding when trying to break is justification for a reload; it's a loss. I gave you the reload anyway to be considerate, but you're right, what you do after that is your business. You are under no obligation to be considerate in return. So, when our main heroes met up and you lost that fight also, I thought you would probably be willing to admit that you'd lost and call it a night, silly me. Instead, you go back to your castle and wait til the following week for fresh troops, and even then I finish you off with close to zero losses. Personally, I think continuing with a game that has already clearly been lost is a waste of time and, as such, inconsiderate. I realize, however, that not everybody feels that way, so fine, I'll chase you down to the last man, if necessary. I just won't play you again. It is in no way out of cowardice, my friend. It's just that your idea of what is considerate appears to be a good deal different than mine. So, rather than wasting each others time and getting on each others nerves I thought it was best to just delete your name from my players list. Rather than leaving it at that, or sending me a private e-mail, you've chosen to start a flame war in a public forum. So, again I think your idea of proper etiquette and mine are somewhat different. I don't really see the point of continuing this discussion further, but if you do have further comments, I really don't think this is the place for it. My e-mail is listed on ToH, kindly send any further commentary there.
Regards,
Mr. X aka Mjr_gamer

Quote: Kharim: I understand about those kind of idiots (who are in fact the real "losers"), but if you were referring to me I can't see the relation to what you said and what I said (I didn't mean to offend anyone, I apologize if my english wasn't clear).
Being a "slower" player doesn't make you a sucker -- but beating a stack of 10000 zombies with a sprite isn't realistical at all IMHO, and not worth the fun. I don't play to ALWAYS win, and don't exploit every "overpowered" thing in this game (like some people who choose only 1 hero, who is overpowered besides others, at least so they say, I don't know for sure).. I play to have fun, and to lose.. and to win... I think I have reached somewhat a decent level of maturity to understand that, and no matter how much i beat someone I never get mad or make stupid jokes on him -- losing is not a weakness IMHO. Be nice
Sorry but ...
Its not even realistic to compare a situation of a sprite fighting hordes of zombies versus a sprites fighting 10000 zombies...
Which year would that be? Its more of 10000 sprites versus 10000 zombies
In day 1 of a game.. academy has magic, necros have necromancy and 60-70 archers, haven can do marksmen day2 and fight all walkers with precise shot.. and some good starting heroes, how about sylvan without ossir that gives u only sprites ? or dungeon with only knowledge 1 .. demons without war machines? How are they gonna have a start same way as user friendly races like necros, haven or academy . Do they just walk around doing nothing for few days?
And about dougal being overpowered ... well he's the master of marksmen and haven can train marksmen just like klaus can train paladins but for an unrealistic price, marksmen are not as expensive though.
Unless u are dungeon.. in a long game.. his legions of marksmen is gonna take forever to kill ...
If there are master of skellie archers in necro heroes.. necros would be overpowered as well rite ? .. or ossir if he can train hunters... ?

Yes I agree my comparison wasn't realistical, I was just making somewhat a metaphor.
Anyway, if you really "have" to do something in each and every day, go straight with your starting army... to the low tier neutrals (fine), to the mines (guarded by tier 4 creatures, or tier 3), and lastly don't forget to check the Dragon Utopia with 30 familiars and 20 Horned demons..(of course ballista and first aid tent should also be there, that's what you say, right) and don't forget to have fun , 'cause in the end that's what matters, not the winning.
I mean seriously, you can arrive at the Dragon Utopia in the first week.. I realize you just have to do something with the hero, but just wandering about near your town is exactly like staying in the town. Don't forget to watch out for the enemy hero who, probably, has just recruited some army instead of wandering with only 30 horned demons and war machines, and may kill your hero. Actually having a huge army is worthile of having more neutrals (they grow each week), thus more experience or more creatures to join. But anyway, that's just me
Those daily income things -- when you run out of neutrals, you might blow your head off waiting for them to give you enough income.. just try to be more patient man, and believe treasures are not super-gold-savers, neutrals are more like for "Experience" rather than treasures.
