The new skill that I made up called ‘Handle Animal’ will be explained below:
I think that if your monsters are two times the level of your hero they should not listen to your command and ‘Handle animal’ deletes the effects of that.

Though most of these creatures shouldn't be in the same town, most abilities are good ideas. The giant rattle snake should be a giant wurm to keep the level four, and the dragons ability sounds a little too powerful. You should make the lion a liontaur or manticore. They are much cooler. The bull is quite funny, and the rest are okay (they just don't fit eachother; the town should have a much more stronger theme). The giant salamander dwelling, the swamp, is already taken by the hydra in Asylum, so you have to remake that/change the name or something.
I like the handle animal skill, but that's exactly what the beastmaster were all about in HoMM3. Maybe I was only pointing out the bad things, but I find the most (50%+) good. Hmmm... There's some nature over that town... Maybe that's why?

Well, if the dragon would have only 240 hit points, the speciality would not be too good, would it?
