Quote: im not saying this is the worst skill but i just dont get the use of it, basic luck. it is useless i have never used it and i dont get why it has to be there a beter skill would be basic morale.
I really really need an explanation of this! i hope i didn't understand correctly!
now about my entry (and sorry if it was mentioned before but i can't read 7 pages!)
Some of the worst skills/perks for me are:
1) Estates: I just don't see any reason why to spend one of your 20 perks for only 250 a day...If it was 1000....
2) Tear of Asha vision i play only custom maps and there is no need for it!
3) Banish...no use for it. very low damage. increased damage would do
4) Exorcism: not useless but it is a perk that many circumstances but be met to make it useful.
5) Shrug Darkness: just because it is very rare that both factions will have dark...

Master of Life:
Maximum hitpoints reduction of raise dead becomes 10% instead of 20%.
Fist of wrath will deal 50+15*power damage instead of 50+10*power.
(If overpowered the numbers could be reduced a bit, but at least these are more "creative" solutions than the ones Nival's got now)
Master of Earthblood
Firetrap summons 2 more mines. Mines deal 20 damage more each.
Damage of earthquake increased by 100. Tremors stuns the enemy with a 0.2 reduction instead of 0.1.
Is there a way to create a mod to do that?

one question, if you forget a skill, would you lose the one time bonuses as well?
For example:
Dark revelation: you lose a level.
Graduation: you lose 1000 gold.
etc.

answer to both questions: no & no (but if you get the those perks again, you won't get the bonus again I believe)...you can just test it on a duel map to be 100% sure.
but for other situations you have to test for yourself because they are not consistent and there is one very badly exploitable memory mentor bug (but I won't say what it is)
the question really belongs in FAQ thread.
