oh i didn't mean change the mages guild but more like that 1 big square tower that's just sitting there. I have no idea how to bring it to life.

Yes. I experimented. But if they want 4 should be 4 Its not important. Maximal original look but windows and doors must be bigger. See tower near how big are windows and doors. Its look like rats dwellings. Must fit.

For what? Its not like orignal and gives what? Its not bad. Looks god but if its nothing important rather like original... I corrected windows. See how big are in tower and so small i hall. Must be the same size!

I suggest you do a better texture of the capitol than on the screenshot.Because the screenshot is an incomplete version of the city about this writing on the forum, it's just a draft

I see language problem... We are not english speaking born people.

And its parody. Upgrading priest to pirate is like upgrading minotaur to dragon.
I want to remove these parody. Upgraging green or red pirate mage to blue pirate mage. And thats all.
Lineup will be complete and logical.

We have second version of mage made years ago. I found as I remember 3 versions of this pirate mage so you can dowmload and thats all... Whats the problem?

If you want a good "pirate mage" unit, combine pirate mage's spirte with sun priest's head. Also, erase the cobra head from the rod. It'll look more simple. For the upgrade, use a different colour, leave the original head and rod, and give a sun priest's collar and belt-cloth.

One serpent rock is removed :-) This is vision of creators this mod and on Regna animations serpent is visible. See thread MMVIII museum. This def is finished. Its not a mistake so modifying is dont needed. All who dont like can it remove using MMArchive and HIII def tool and in VCMI its not packed. It will be rather genies dwelling. This ship with eyes is for sea beast.
Regnan mage is original NWC stuff and I dont know why here was cleric of the sun. Its hippis style design and completly dont fit. To use it as pirate need completly repainting so I dont see sense this work. Better and faster is pirate mage editing. It was done.
