I noticed something curious about armageddon. Most are probably aware that the falling rock does damage as well but to this point I thought it was equal to the spell's damage.
One example. Meteor does 480 damage on horned grunts and the spell does 1080, the same damage the rest of the units received.
The manual states that it ignores Magic Protection, Resistance and Immunities but that was not a hero fight so there were no resistance artifacts at work. Unless the meteor damage ignores my artifacts - in which case my phoenix feather cape? Has anyone else noticed something?

It's not, the meteor multiplier is 20 + spellpower * 20 while the fire damage is 30 + spellpower * 30. Also, I think it is logical if the meteor impact ignores the phoenix feather cape, after all it deals physical damage, not fire damage.

The AI is a cheater, plus he has the privilages(if playing on hard or hier).I'm not sure but i think if you are playing on easy AI has half(or less) resources than you do.Higher the dificulty-more resorces he has at the beginning of the game.

I have a few questions.
Memory Mentor : Any hero can completely change previously learnt skills and abilities here. - So if I have taken Logistics/Scouting/Swift Mind I can go to this lill greedy-man-floating-on-a-carpet and actually get rid of Logistics/Souting/Swift Mind .... and go learn another new skill ...or ?
Also the Dark Magic Points ( Necromancer ) still puzzles me a bit. When I lvl up I get more of those points, right ?. Same when I am building that Necromancer thing in my castle.... but does my points ( also ) increase if I buy more than one hero ( Only Necromancers ofc. ) ?
Divine Guidance : Is that cast on one creature or does it have mass effect ?

The DE point for each hero are the result of the following forumla:
Skill_level * (hero_level-5)^1.4, minimally 1. It doesn't give large numbers, but works.
So more heroes give you more DE points, this is especially effective with Mentoring on your main character.
Memory Mentor works as simple as you say, just unlearn skills you don't need (including bonuses and even spells) and choose other ones.
Divine Guidance works on one target creature, believe me it's enought to be very powerful ability.

A clarification, you forget a number of skills and get an equal number of level ups so you can't always control what you will get.
On occasion I have spent 30k to get one damn ability

You should be able to play it fine. If you have an Intel Dual Core processor then it should work without too much lagging.

Well if you have dual-core and good chipset for graphic card.I think you will have dual core 1.73GHz(I have 1.9GHz),but it is fine for such gamesand I dont know about graphic card. Some games need toooo much....Assasins Creed(at least 2 duo core 2.3GHz)
