Oh, Clayman reminded me about this: Is there any way to get rid of a combat ability's effect? I mean benediction, howl of terror, mark of the whatever etc. Can they be dispelled in any way?

There doesn't seem to be any way to dispell special combat abilities. That's why they're not called spells 
But there are a few ways to "deny" their effect: banshee howl will lower morale, event that which is given by benediction, for example, and otherwise.

I have a question,
If I'm playing campaign until ranger campaign (last mission) but I want to redo dungeon campaign, does raelag gonna come up in academy campaign with the attribute/skill the first time I played or the last time I played it?

I don't think he has to. in ToE I replayed the first barbarian mission (the first with gotai) and then skipped to the third and I had the new skills.

Is there some way to make the autosave not to create a new file every turn, but rewrite the same instead?

use three saves per scenario and resave on the one the furthest back every week.

rune magic unaccessible
In Tribes o the East and Hammers o Fate I cannot use Rune Magic at all, although my dwarf hero has the required skill and I have constructed the required town building; Has anyone experienced the same problem? How do I solve it? I have installed the latest patch for HoF (v 2.1).

You have to POSSESS the rune spell (yes, it's like a spell) so building the town structure isn't enough, you have to get in the town with your hero AFTER you build the structure
Also, if this isn't the problem, may I ask how you use runes? They are not cast by the Hero, you need to use them when it's a creature's turn

Let me guess you can use rune of charge and exorcism and not the others. That's because of the no-cd patch, normally you wouldn't have that problem. Still I'm pretty sure there was a 'proper' no-cd patch without that issue..

You can run ToE without CD, so no patch or crack is needed.
Maybe he doesn't know how to use it.

You don't have to download it, but it depends on which version of Heroes you have whether you have the Map Editor or not. HoF and TotE have the Map Editor, but the original H5 gains the Map Editor only after you patch it.
You can find the Map Editor in your H5Directory\Bin, it's named H5_MapEditor.exe

First, which version of Heroes do you have? 3.0, 2.1, 1.6, 1.0? If it is 1.0, then I suggest you patch your game (you need to get patch 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6) otherwise you don't even have the Map Editor.
Second, you know where you installed Heroes V right? (where you place maps, etc) IIRC Default path is "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Heroes of Might and Magic V"
Go into your Heroes V directory (the default path is above) and then enter the Bin subdirectory. There you'll find H5_MapEditor
