intelligence
because I'm stupid, and I need all I can get
a mere 15% never really appeals to me ...
double spell points does ...
both have different advantages, but I'd prefer intelligence.
also, if you have intelligence, then everytime you go to a school of magic, you pick spell power.

Id go for sorcery, There seems to be a lot of knowledge bonuses in the maps that ive played that will allow for the increase in spell points.
Though I will pick intelligence if its a choice between that and scholar .....

Intelligence...
...because there's no use for good damaging spells if you don't have spell points. I prefer to have a big number of spell points and I will manage somehow to get some good spells and also to make them more damageing...

I'd probably take intelligence with a might hero because he'd mostly be using low-level Mass spells like Slow, Haste, Bless, etc, and those don't deal damage, so Sorcery wouldn't help much.
I'd probably take Sorcery with a Wizard or something, like of Solmyr's going to be going around with his chain lighting, I want to do as much damage as possible, and magic heroes tend to get more than enough spell points anyway, especially when you start finding things like Crown of the Supreme Magi and stuff.

Unless
I have good damagedealing spell and possibly specialist hero I pick intelligence always.
Even if I have Implosion and have good spellpower I think I rather take intelligence. There is always need for spellpoints.
I think this pretty clear one. Intelligence I take.

I'm with Rychenroller on this. Sorcery sucks unless it is the hero's specialty. Anyone can benefit from Intelligence. It only gets better when you have expert intel and get to hit the mana vortex or magic stream.

Intelligence, Intelligence, Intelligence!!
Don't know about you but I'm a keep 4th and 5th level spell fan. I really don't know how you can cope with a hero casting Dimension Door and TP all the time when you don't have this great skill. Sorcery can be nice too but only if you have a Warlock. His spells are devastating for they advance most on Spell Power. But for a might hero, intelligence can be the best skill. Imagine mr CH with sorcery... he will take 115 damage instead of 100 when casting a lightning. ~Dragon laughs~ This is pathetic.

No question here
Inteligence is one of the best skills, and sorcery one of the worst. No real choice here.
