hey people i really want to recolour some creatures too, but i cant figure out how to put the creature into photoshop. i cant figure it out i searched in all heroes 3 folders & data folders but still cant see how you guys can recolour, please help

Use LoDtool to extract what you want *.def, then use DEFtool to get bitmap to edit

i was able to recolour a battlefield but i was unable to put it back in the program(MMarchive) my goal is to recolour a creature but this is rely complicated
help?
