I wont tell stereotypes, as i always made up my mind on my own.
Here is my experience or more or less an impression:
Romanians seem to be very, very friendly and very intelligent. Strange thing is that if you get to know them, they always invite you to visit your country and live at their house. That may doesnt look strange to a Romanian, but to a Western European that is ..or at least for me . One of the coolest dudes i get to know online was Zamolxes.
Bad experience is that they think it is ok to cheat a win as long as they dont get caught. So "to win" often enough counts more then "to play fair". They may think that they won cause of their superior inteligence. That may sounds like a generalisation, but thats just the experience i made.
But thats just a small point ..all in all the experience with Romanians is very good cause they have sunny hearts.

that was taken from context, anyway I'm not defending the captain, but the legionar movement appeared as a result of a very wild capitalism in which rich people (many of them who were jews) practically "enslaved" financially the poor; and their movement proposed, at the beginning, ways to counter that, including summer camps for students who would lend a hand to peasants and the working man. Because the authorities which were at the hand of the rich didn't like this movement at all and saw it as a threat, they tried stopping it, including the attempt to kill Codreanu, but instead in self defense Codreanu killed the police chief, and after that radical measures appeared in both sides.

I was just waiting for someone to say that those sentences were taken out of context.
Especially the "kike" part. So easy to misinterpret.
But let's put that into context, shall we? Like, for example, that synagogue that the Iron Guard burned and pillaged in 1927 (before captain's death). Way to defeat the tycoons and lend a hand to the working man, folks.
Sieg ****ing heil.

I can never agree with those kind of actions. I can never support the killing or the destruction.
My point was that it wasn't all bad, and during the shootouts between the state and the legionaire a lot of people were shot as part of personal vendettas.
I'm not saying the legionari are not guilty, I'm saying that the king and the political parties were just as cruel and guilty of all kind of crimes and nobody says anything about that.
I can never be associated with the extreme right, esspecially since I'm a socialist.
