Poll Question: Evil humans? Dark Haven?
This is a weird question.
I'd like to see it in Homm 6, 7 or 8 becuse...
It wound make the game more realistic. In most of Films, Movies and Tales there's a Good Empire and a Bad Empire... (for example StarWars: The Republci and The Empire)
I don't want to see it in Homm 6, becuse...
It would be a fully Haven copy. I sure the creatues would be same (but recolored and renamed)... and I don't like [enter faction which is already in the game] Copies

I voted to "I want to see Fallen Knights and Dark Angels in Homm, but not Dark Haven.".
I already told it in the first post why.

I think its a cool idea. I actually think it would work better if instead of a seperate faction, Haven got Darker. Not utterly evil, but closer to evil than before.

the idea of religious fanatism would play a large part of this new haven. prepare witch hunters, excorists, penitent witches, mob rule, etc

Shoud the Evil Humans get an own town, faction?
I don't liek factino copiing. And we all know that Evil Human town (Dark Haven?) would be too smilar to Haven.

I say no.
Yes, there would be new neutrals like Death Knight/Fallen Knights, Deathlord/Dark Angel and so on.
But not a bad haven.
However i do think that Unicorns will be in Haven in HoMM6 and Gryphons in Sylvan, but maybe that doesnt belong to this thread, lol

They don't really fit together so well, sorry. Also, don't say "Dark Titan" just make the Titan evil.

I'd rather see a corrupted Sylvan town, that'd be pretty interesting with Plague Treants and maybe Venom Spawn.

Dark haven that involved fanatisiscm is a bit silly.
Thats not evil haven its misguided haven.
Evil haven would be truly evil and bent on destruction

I like the idea of a evil human faction. I had an idea for an evil human faction before.
Dominion (evil) - An alliance of bandits, evil men and monsters trying to carve out a piece of the world for themselves.
1. Bandit -> Marauder Bandits steal money from fleeing creatures and heroes. Marauders gain the additional ability of plundering towns, creature dwellings, waterwheels, and windmills.
2. Giant Vulture -> Dire Hawk Giant Vultures may feed on dead stacks to increase its attack and damage. They also do extra damage against Titans. Dire Hawks have a special swooping attack that blinds the target.
3. Poacher -> Bounty Hunter Poachers do extra damage against neutral creatures, they also gain gold for killing creatures of the week. Bounty Hunters no longer have the abilities of Poachers but they do extra damage against creatures in enemy armies. Bounty Hunters also increase the armys movement when they are on the trail of an enemy hero.
4. Acolyte -> Dark Priest Acolytes are melee attackers with access to a few spells. Acolytes may give up a turn to help the hero channel mystical energies, reducing the cost of spells for the hero and increasing the power of spells for that turn. Dark Priests gain a ranged attack and the ability to spend a turn disrupting the mystical energies of the enemy hero, increasing the cost of spells for the enemy hero and decreasing their spell power for that turn. Dark Priests may also consume the magical energies of summoned creatures and buffs in order to restore their own mana and replenish their ammo.
5. Dark Knight -> Dark Crusader Dark Knights do extra damage against creatures that are affected by debuffs. Whenever Dark Crusaders deliver the death blow to a stack, they can add the overkill damage they did in that attack to their next attack.
6. Salamander -> Drake Salamanders spit bolts of fire at their enemies from a distance and they suffer no penalty during melee combat. Salamanders have the ability to concentrate its energy in order to generate an aura of intense heat, damaging all adjacent creatures. The Salamander is immobile and cannot perform any other actions, including retaliate, while it is generating the aura. Drakes gain the ability to fly but they lose the ability to generate fire auras. Drakes also gain the ability to create an intense firestorm once per battle. The Drake will breathe fire on a fixed area on the battlefield for two full turns to create the firestorm. The more creatures that are burned to death in the firestorm, the more damage it does and the longer it lasts. The firestorm disappears quickly when there is nothing to be burned.
7. Devourer -> Slayer Devourers are mountainous creatures that are extremely gluttonous and greedy. Instead of attacking, Devourers can consume a number of small creatures equal to the number of Devourers in the stack. When the Devourers use this ability, their target will be able to retaliate against the Devourers first if they have not already used their retaliation. Slayers can spend one turn performing a special ritual which will allow them to execute a special attack that will automatically kill off a number of creatures equal to one half the total experience value of the Slayers in the stack. Slayers cannot retaliate when they are performing the ritual and if they are interrupted, they will not be able to use the special attack.

I also want to see Fallen Knights but maybe not another human race in the game. Maybe if there are 2 hero class for all towns then possible Haven magic hero could be more dark toned and not always Cleric. Still Fallen Knights reminds too much of Death Knights what hopefully will be Necros might hero again in next heroes.
Wizards could also be humans like they where before (in H2 anyway) but if Nival is making next game they probably will go whit the existing races and add perhaps one new fanction.
Fallen Knights should come back as Necropolis creatures (Dread and Black Knights) imo. Wrights and Wraiths to lv7 and skip the Dragons.

Good idea!
Quote: Fallen Knights should come back as Necropolis creatures
In my option the Fallen Knights shoud be in Inferno, becuse Haven's archenemy is Inferno.
Quote: 4. Dark Priest
LOL
Dark Priests are weaker than normal Priests? What about the Black / Dark Griffin maybe?
My idea for Dark Haven:
The Hideout
Might Hero: Fallen Knight (or Robber Knight, maybe?)
Magic Hero: Cultist (I can't find btter name)
Lvl 1: Pickpocket -> Thief
Lvl 2: Rogue -> Bandit (they are shooters, they use Hand Crossbows)
Lvl 3: Brute -> Vindicator
Lvl 4: Dark Griffin -> Blood Griffin
Lvl 5: Dark Priest -> Missionary or Missionarie
Lvl 6: Dark Paladin -> Dark Crusader (remember Might and Magic 7? In MM 7 Paladins are uqraded to Crusaders)
Lvl 7: Fallen Angel -> Dark Angel
