No.

They are still Murlocs so i doesnt matter.
Blizzard created Mur'guls and Murlocs and now they are an "icon/symbol" for WoW or something like that.
Now Murlocs are a funny thing so they are copyrigthed.

Its probably the same with Blood Elves, Night Elves, Draenei, Mur'Guls, Scourge/Arthas and most of their stuff as well.

And dont even think about Snap Dragons.

How come people bash nival for creating a storyline that can be considered "somehow" similar or familiar to warcraft 3 if you look carefully but then directly copy from it themselves?

Anyway, i dont even want to hear about h6 becoming RTS. Plenty of those out there already.

yeah, that could work, and you could jump between different wars and experience different amounts of development between the races.

Naga's aren't extinct, they are just reclusive.
Faceless have been decimated, but not completely dead.
there are also the humans of the free cities as well.

Not such a good idea, they're sea creatures, and many would not be able to move on land, and you might want to work on the names (and get some abilities to back up the upgrades).

hey...wat iv creatures can LEARN thier abilities.......as ur hero gains experience...tht amount of experience is divided amongst EACH creature of EACH stack...so advancment is natural ex...squire needs 10 exp for lev 1....peasent needs 2 soooooo...iv ur hero gains 200 exp then 20 squre n 100 peasents.....each squre gets (200xp/20)=10 exp so lv 1 reached n each peasent gets (200exp/100)=2exp so +1 lev.....abilites r automatic....stas inc or upgrade depends on how ur hero wants it

no please dotn bring up murlocks, they already disgusted me a lot in my World of Warcraft times...

in heroes 5 , i missed Nagas but Rakhasa kinda looked like a replacement for them...

i never liked Conflux, wouldnt mind actually if they wont put it in aswell..(they are balanced in my opinion enough in heroes 5 - and elementals are stuff that gets summoned anyway , why would they be on a seperate realm by their own, doesnt make much sense in my head tbh)

and i would request Death Knights to be in necro castle again, not out ..that did hurt me in heroes 5.(yes i know there is a patch where you can make Wrights look like Black skinned Deathknights ..but still)

Elves miss pegasus , i confirm on that but if you look at it this way that elves doesnt have much SLOW minions (melee-wise) if you say treants ..they already can cross the whole fight land in 2 turns...so putting pegasus would make the elves quiet fast...

if they are gonna put Dwarves and Orcs ..they could be balanced (i think Cyclops is pretty much better than other same tier creatures...i remember Gotai having 900 in his army )

besides of these i guess in heroes 5 the skill trees were seriously nice..there are dozens and it is not like in heroes 3 where *Expert Earth Magic* + *Town Portal* + *implusion* : win win win... but they might shorten the duration of , for example Puppet Master ...or Mass Confusion (damn that spell i hate it ) ...besides they can put back the necklaces where you could be immune to *blind ,mind control* or such ...there were a few in heroes 5 if i remember correctly...

i definetly disliked Stealth of Witch upgrades ..i can say OK to scout upgrades but hmm...

also what crossed my mind is Black dragon is immune to most spells meanwhile red dragon , the other upgrade can be affected by Frenzy...so why choose red anyway?(also Orcs have nothing agaisnt these spells... just go for puppet master , frenzy on cyclops or w/e orcs are kinda weak there ...makes sense but they can lower the Rage power thing and make a mage guild there just like old times which goes to level 3 max. to give them a little bit of protection)

i missed evileyes definetly trigolets , not much ... i hated harpy hags , i loved that they are converted to something on foot..

and for heroes, Markal had a overpowered beginning skill (definatly erfect fitting but still, i meet 500 lickes ..oh hello , you are in my army)

Freyda also has Divine Vengence after a blessing spell getting triggered , ( Mass Divine Strenght , Mass Rightious Might , Mass Endurance...oh look they have their men halved already - in big fights)

sometimes Ballista can be too much power (havign a hero skilled in it and winning most of the starting little mine fights are acceptable but a ballista shooting 3 times and killing 6 tier 7 creatures is a bit silly to see)

also , why ressurrection is a higher lvl spell than *rise dead*..yay undeads..they can make a seperate spell with a different name to ressurrect undead (same goes by for a demonic spell aswell, seeing a light bringing demons to life is a bit silly to see - altough if your demon lord has expert light magic , that would be weird anyhow)
-Example:
Good race : Ressurrection
Undead : Touch of the Dead
Demon : Touch of the Devil

but the fact that having a EXPERT WISDOM to learn all spells , its good that seperating magic types for being expert..so spells can be actually balanced in some ways) - if you go for all magic schools expert .. you would miss lots of stuff aswell in heroes 5 unlike to heroes 3 (i am not gonna mention about 'heroes 4' ever ..i didnt like it at all)

Dwarf ruins...some of them are sick ... ressurrect %40 ... Rune of charge ..these are kidna OP where you can use a Thane quiet stratigecially to kill loads , and by giving him the max dmg runes ...totally annoys me

i liked havign Haste as a initiative booster and not a more tile moving thing..so mass slow or mass haste doesnt ruin everything

Succubi - when they are numbered over 300 or something , its either you will loose some men, or just blind/puppet - frenzy them (altough frenzy may not be helpfull if you are not demon race against them)

Dwarven Spearmen could be stronger a little bit

well basically i mixed up some stuff about heroes 5 mostly that could be balanced *in my opinion*.

well still ... that way or this way i cant wait heroes 6. they better hire people and i can freak out on this game again

why don't we have demi-heroes?
creatures that level up and use artifacts, but actually participate in the battle just like in heroes 4, except they have to be in a heroes army and can't lead it themselves.

New Faction, Insect empire

I trully agree with what Angry Cyclop said about the new faction. Why not trying to put insect armies inside. I bet they would be cool looking monster with new type of gameplay as well. This is my creatures description of INSECTOID EMPIRE:

Level 1: hive Drone --> Hive Soldier
       (melee, support, sacrifice)
Level 2: Scarab --> Tomb Scarab
       (melee, armored, stun attack chance, rage, cannibal)
Level 3: Giant Wasp --> Blood Wasp
       (Flyer, melee, no enemy retaliation, cannibal)
Level 4: Scorpid --> Black Scopid
       (Melee, poison attack, bind enemies, cannibal)
Level 5: Web maiden --> Web Queen
       (Ranged attack, no melee penalty, caster, cannibal)
Level 6: Giant Centipede --> Sand King
       (Melee, burrow attack, summon quick sand, cannibal)
Level 7: Mantis --> Royal Mantiss
       (Melee, flyer, no enemy retaliation, caster, cannibal)

Cannibal: * special trait only for insectoid hive armies which kills a small number of level 1 units to gain life or even cast some special move to benefit allies or even to damage enemy's stack.

That's all so far. But I am really excited with this race.

Nice touch ups. I'm really impressed at how creative you can improve my ideas. But one that concerns me, my favourite insectoid faction became a little bit overwhelming. I'm not sure if any existing faction can stand a chance against them judgin from their abilities.

Hehehe but I still like it. In my opinion, Insectoid army should have big hit points and attack damage. But some lack in initiative and they have elemental weakness. Such as Fire spell, etc. But they are immune to mind control, resist poison and earth based spell, etc.

I want them to be one of the main villains in Heroes 6 campaign besides Demon or Undead (nowadays we see undead as protagonist which kinda silly but I don't mind much).
