Yay. I scored only 30/200 in the computer science olympiad, but qualified for the next stage. In fact, I had a pretty good rating.
Those subjects were sure hard...

Yeah! I had a dream where I met a really awesome woman but woke up. After hitting my pillow and cursing my luck, I went back to sleep and the dream continued. Unfortunately, I ended up getting dumped for not talking enough.
Man, I can't even catch a freakin' break in my dreams.

You have a way of cracking me up  Thing with dreams that resume is that they are not quite the same, it's like the split off from the original and take their own course. But getting dumped for not talking enough haha

So low?
I go 100/100 in the olympiad but I didn't go to the next stage because I didn't want to (seriously, wasted time and saturday after seeing the first one  ).

Even though I like math and use it extensively (when programming, especially 3D algorithms) I would score relatively low in an Olympiad or competition. And I use common sense most times and intuition -- in a competition though, you have to prove things, making it all the more lamer (and difficult). But the main problem is that I run out of time if I do that, since I do it slowly myself.

No big deal? No one scored higher than half in my case (except me), what do you mean "no big deal"? (by the way, I didn't actually made it as they requested but with pointers & stuff not even taught in school, that's why they probably gave me 100).

Well, that means romanians are either lame programmers (on average), or that they don't go to the olympiad, which is more likely.

@Death: Well, I said it's no big deal because I did it too in the past. Again, it's not a big deal.
And I actually had to compete against international Romanian olympics (our progammers are VERY good.)
