There are buses from the train station to King George St.
I will tell you how to get there...
Edit: You should get out of the train in Center Train station (Tahanat "Rakevet Merkaz"). Then, take either the 82 bus or 149 bus. Ask the bus driver to tell you when you get to King George St. When you get there, walk a bit untill you get to number 81. You'll see a small humusia named Abu-Dabi.

You can organize a meeting of the Canadians.
It might be a bit harder, because of Canada's huge size, but you can do it. 
Think of a big city in the middle of Canada, think of a time (probably long time from now, maybe a month) and start inviting people.
