There will probably be a few that show up in the hands of trainers, but no wild Gev V Pokemon since the fluff of the main series doesn't support it.

There was a Pichu in Keida among the caged Pokemon (the ones that were taken north to the rift, not the ones left that are currently rampaging through town) so...sure why not? You'll probably have to wait until after the whole "party is cornered and about to die" part of the mission before you get a chance at it though.
