Skills and similar that need to be trained but aren't related to level. For example, your new Billigruff's excercise is for human speech, and gnomes/Mark's Skarmory has one for not losing a rider.

I thought it was understood that unless Mark is being pumped adrenaline his bed time is at 10-10:30. So for two hours.
Also, what do the letters stand for, exactly?

@Alkar: A useful homebrew item. If you wanted to know more, you had your chance to ask back in Ternai...
@gnomes: In and of themselves, nothing. They just help me determine how long it takes to learn a given thing and how good the Pokemon is at it as they progress. (And the thing is language-based, so I use letters instead of numbers.) I'm borrowing the learning mechanic from here if you're curious.

In my first playthrough of gen 2, back when it was an undiscovered adventure, I had a very hard time against Whitney and her Miltank.
Dunsparce stats for the area where it's found pre-crystal is amazing. It gets rage and then you can basicly go through the 3 first gyms with it, no matter if it's lacking behind in levels compared to the gym bosses, etc.

Mark looked around before peaking up at Keerah, "I am Mark Fletcher, Lord of pokemon transformations and training... Er, question~! What the hell does gardening have to do with pokemon?" The child was quickly shushed and pushed away, before he could make more of a fool of himself.
"My poor idiot son..." was heard muttered from the shrubs in someone's garden...

I do, which is why he was talking to Keerah and using ridiculous titles for himself.
Honestly though, beyond the original Silver, Gold and Crystal I have not used berries beyond the early-early game. Oh, and competitions. Which I never did after the mid game so the point is still moot. The reason is that I mostly only used them for status effects, and having to back-track at specific times of day to water or harvest my healing items was just inconvenient when I had to go back over twenty or so routs... There were better held items in the games than berries.
Original silver/ gold the time given to you to collect berries was an entire day. And if you learned which berries were where, you could collect the ones you wanted when you wanted to. I had somewhere around 50 psn, prlz and bitter berries at the end of the game, and a few mystery berries as well to restore my PP. That's another thing, where did the most useful of berries (the pp restorer) go? Was it just too good for the game? Was the idea/ mechanic broken? [/rant]

Quite a bit, especially in this game. (Which you may already know if you were paying attention during the fight against Hannah )

//says gnomes to the DM, who has triple digits of every Berry type obtained in every game played that allows planting. *is obsessed*

They still exist. They're called Leppa Berries now.
And out of curiousity...how familiar are you with the Berries of Gen III+?
