Eventually yes. I need to figure out how to link between sheets; rather than copy out each attack each time I want just a master list of attacks, then reference the apropriate cell so it fills in the rest.

Sooo, I rolled some dice, and it turns out Jack is getting a background investigation run on him now.
So Alkar, anything fun in Jack's background that would turn up in law enforcement records? Witness any murders? Break into any stores? Ever gotten a visit from the police because you were partying too loud and the neighbors called the cops?

Well, Jack did use Snover once to get back at some bullies. They went to a spa and, using Snover, Jack turned down the temperature of the waters drastically. There were a few others within at the time as well, but Jack wasn't thinking about that. Everyone made it out safe, but it turned out that a Jenny was enjoying some time off at the spa that very day.

Still a snorunt and a dawn stone to evolve it into a Froslass for me! A lovely pokemon, that one is. 
And if at all possible, Lugia would just be the best thing ever.

I can't remember what it is, and don't want to look it up, but the item to eventually evolve Horsea into the only dragon type I currently want would be good. Other than that, I'm not sure.

I'm amazed that a thread has been highly active for 8 years....  Congrats to all of you guys, ya'll should get the QP's for this thing LOL I sorta wish I'd of thought of making a pokemon role play way back in the day when Red and Blue, the ORIGINALS, came out Ya know, back when I was a young 'un!
I'd inquire about playing but I've no idea what any of the new pokemon do, and ya'll sound like you're nearing the "end game" with Mewtwo's and Lugia

Why would I do that? The bad guys already have their own legendary Pokemon.

We're not, really, our Pokemon are mostly in the 20's as far as levels and we've still got quite a bit of map to explore.  If you want in go for it, we're in a good spot now for new players to join up.

Heh, don't worry about our talk of legendary pokemon at all. Like, literally. At all. Just joshin' about while things move along... also, I would totally enjoy having a Lugia. Just being honest there, since it's my favorite legendary, period (and only Scizor beats it for favorite pokemon over all).
Oh hey, that's right! Kareeah, Scizor is definitely on the block.

All the fire-resistant pokemon I'd like are of the lower catch rate sort... At least the ones I've checked on so far.
EDIT: Well, Ducklett or Frillish might be fine. The rock types I was looking at were the lower catch rate ones. Going to see if there are any fire I might like.
EDIT 2: With a quick look, Slugma and Litwick would be fine. Would prefer one of the water ones listed though.

We aren't going to know your real name unless you tell it to us, so go ahead. Though I would advise against telling us if it IS your real name on general principles, since this is the internet.
You may have Rattata. I will note that your starting team will probably be in the early-to-mid-twenties range however (level 25 for your starter, level 20 for everything else) and Rattata evolves at level 20, so...would you rather have Rattata or Raticate?
Regions are only relevant insofar as Pokemon from Kalos or Unova (so any Pokemon from Generation V onwards) are going to be hard to obtain, as those regions are very far away. And as we're talking about your starting team you may have them as long as you have an in-game excuse for how you got them. (It doesn't have to be complicated; 'I got them from a pen-pal' will do. )
That in mind, give me a list of ten or so Pokemon you want; nothing super rare (EX: no Eevee, no Fossil Pokemon, of course no Legendaries) and try to go easy on Dream World abilities (those are rare). Once you've done that, we'll whittle it down to four or so to be your starting team.

Well my name's Matt, idc bout the internets, nobody's going to want to steal my ID as it's far worse than theirs is I can guarantee!
Uhm... idk what all that stuff is.... nor abilities for all the pokemon....
However, I shall walk in Ash Ketchup's shoes and go on my adventuring without evolving my friends! (Except for special circumstances) ^_^

That'll do. Any of those will work for your starting-out team, so pick the three of those that you want for it and I'll stat them up. I'm assuming you want the Rattata to be your starter but let me know if not; your starter will be level 25 and the rest will be level 20. Also detail any description or backstory you want your character to have.
