Kareeah could I please have a pokedex report of the types those pokemon you listed are? I just want to make sure they're not something different from what I know them to be. LOL
@ essCee I don't want to jump the gun on any potential pokemon you want to bag for yourself, so I figured it'd be best to communicate here instead of the main thread, which I'm prone to do by being.... well... me

… Catch that Trapinch. It will take a while, but that will become a great ground/dragon pokemon.
Also, you could look up most of those pokemon on here: Click me! We’re using older movesets, but this link will have every main-line pokemon in it.

They are standard types for their species (no regional variants) but sure - but only for the ones for which you already know the species. 
Noctowl: Normal/Flying
Murkrow: Dark/Flying
Rhyhorn: Rock/Ground
Trapinch: Ground
Twiggin: Grass
Cosmas: Dark/Spectral
Shinx: Electric
Fearow: Normal/Flying
Rattata: Normal
And Twiggin and Cosmas are both Helnith ‘mon, so don’t be surprised when they don’t show up on the wiki.

@gorman Thank you! I'm mostly interested in the Cosmas and the Shinx. This being my first experience here of this kind, if you wouldn't mind leading by being the first to go for a Pokemon, I'd like you to go first so I can get more of an idea of how things are usually run around here. ^^

I normally use Bulbapedia for checking on pokemon. 
Trapinch huh... I was going to go for a Ryhorn for a ground/rock type as I was under the assumption that they were pretty solid from the get go. Spoze now I gotta use that website to see what the gosh darn thing evolves into... Making me work when I'm laid off from work... what're the odds lol

So I have a perfect IV female Houndoom in pokemon go now. Gonna name her Mina, in honor of our local tsundere trainer.
