@mamga: Rest? Investigate? Visit Pokemon Center and get your team healed up? (Might want to do that first, actually--Edit: never mind, it's already been done for you.) Watch fights? Explore, or otherwise poke your nose where it doesn't belong?
@winter:
You have no idea how much you scared me when you used that new weather move winter. You might want to rename it, as there's already a move by that name:
Dark Void.
And it's Darkrai's signature move.

but i
good call about darkrai's signature move.
Lets refer to it as Bleak void. fits a depressing hopeless pokemon anyway.
but i don't really know enough. do i have to stay for the rest of the competition or do i get to roam for a little. and can we start operating in the same time? i'm utterly confused.

I was thinking 'Shadow Tempest' but I like your suggestion better. winter? It's your move. Thoughts?
And mamga, I think you get to roam if you want; the rest of us have been beforehand, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to afterwards. I’m guessing we’ll have the first round of battles today, then the rest of the rounds tomorrow since they’ll be halved in number each round. (winter might have to correct me though.)
Our timeline I believe looks like this:
11-Noon:
First set of battles. (the set with none of our group battling)
Mina ran around and talked to the rest about Elder Roden.
Around Noon:
Group met at the Pokemon Center.
Second set of matches. You started your match.
Rest of group split up to investigate.
Mina went to the Day Care with Spenser and the two came under attack.
Misty texted Mina.
You won your match.
2 PM:
Third set of matches. Mina starting her match.
Exact order may be off, and Mina's in two places at the moment. Hope that helps.

Bleak Void it is!
Gotta go edit it later.
In the meantime, I have some homework to do...I should be done soon though.

Poor Onix; he's become a status-effect magnet.
And now I remember--I have a Full Heal somewhere, don't I? *goes off to check*
Interesting note: Mew can learn Attract. BUT, as Mew is a legendary and not one of the few who breed (Manaphy) or otherwise are male or female, in game terms Mew is genderless. What happens with Attract then? Is it just an auto-fail?
(I checked and apparently that's the case.)

You have to wonder how stone can burn anyhow. It would have to get awful hot . Anything made of stone should be immune to burn/freeze hehe. That is why I am thinking of using my rental Geodude vs the Bug/fire. Want to make sure what the other two are again, and what moves the geodude has first tho.

Hehe type advantage . Rock does 2x vs bug, and ancient power packs quite a whollop. Too bad it's pp is so low.

Hehe...let me break it down...
Geodude attacks with Ancientpower (Base Power = 60)
Geodude applies STAB (Same Type Ability Bonus) bringing up Ancientpower's Power to 90.
Wiliter is Bug/Fire and thus double weak (4x damage suffered) against Rock-Type attacks.
Geodude has 33 attack and Wiliter has only 13 defense.
Deliciously naughty!
Anyways, I gotta go now! Take care! *waves*

On a separate note, it seems the random number generator wants to make up for letting me Poison that Raichu back in Slashpeak…

Hmm though it wouldn't change anything I am curious as to the exact formula. Hehe. Oh well. Misty changes entirely in battle. Out of battle she is shy, hesitant, though excitible. In battle, especially when she feels her friends are in danger, it's different. The last place ya want to be is in between her and whatever friend she thinks maybe in danger

@mamgaeater: No grass yet.
The closest patches of tall grass are in the nearby forest, and walking that far alone isn't really a good idea at this point of time.
You can wander around town until your next round. As for the inventory check...
Um...I'll see what I can do...haven't been keeping track of it myself.
*goes off to check inventory lists*
@Misty: I don't know the exact formula either...
It seems that Level plays a direct role in damage though.
A Level 2 Pokémon with 500 Attack does less damage than a Level 100 Pokémon with 500 Attack.
EDIT: Just a quick heads-up. Since I goofed up in Siltis Village and didn't write down usage/purchase of items, your basic inventory will now be:
1500 PD
5 Pokeballs
2 Antidotes
2 Potions
1 Full Heal
(This basic inventory applies to everyone )
I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused...
Spoils of War from Slashpeak Base (I had already posted this before, but here it is again):
2 Potions
6400 PD
Quick Claw (Mina; equipped on Pidgey)
SM 01 - Substitute
Water Stone (Mina)
Leaf Stone (Draloed)
Link Stone
Soothe Bell (Misty; equipped on Eevee)
Rare Candy (Mina)
2 Thunder Stones
Potion
Full Heal
Fresh Water
Protein (Misty)
5 Blue Shards
Now, all you have to do is divide the undivided wealth.
I might be back later. Otherwise, see you tomorrow guys! *waves*

One thing you need to do mamgaeater, is take your rental pokemon to a pokecenter for a quick heal. They don't heal themselves ya know . Unless Winter has other plans (like them healing after every fight to make it a bit more seemless).
