@Korejora: To answer your question, yes.
However, since EXP gain is a pain to allocate, I do it based on levels, much easier that way.
Don't worry, all of the group's Pokémon will level up soon enough...

If I am correct Taunt causes the enemy pokemon to only attack with physical attacks if they have any or energy (?) attacks if not. If successful the chansey should be unable to use status effecting or healing until it wears off.

Umm...if I remember correctly, Omega ran out of PD buying stuff...so he should be at 0 right now.

He hasn't posted in the RPG in a while (then again, his position as a tournament non-participant does give him a LOT of free time, as you may imagine. )

EDIT: I noticed that I haven't mentioned Spectral's weaknesses/resistances. Hmm...maybe I should, maybe I shouldn't...
