It depends mostly of the scenario too. Of course tp is great to have. But so it is with ressurect, or clone.
Clone may be in certain situations much better than ressurect. Thousand times better. Implosion is good on small maps and against a weak opponent. But with large armies involved, it will scratch much less than a mass slow or haste. And it is level 5.
Armaggedon can be great, specially vs hit and run (as well as death ripple, less cost)
And frenzy is a god like, if behind a force field.
