I'm feeling really bad today, I desperatlyneed to talk to her but I don't know what to say, or even if she want's to talk to me, and besides I'm very concerned on what she'd might say if I went talking to her.

I'd wait until she starts talking to you. Don't go out and try to talk to her, that might come across as kind of desperate or something.

well considering I might have freaked her out I think she might not want to be friend with me anymore, although I'm not sure. But today and half of yesterday has been the worst days off my life.

Don't worry bud. Best thing is that you've taken interest in dating early... you will probably get your chance before others do. Which is awesome. Later on, best girls are already taken and you're left with nothing.  It's boys like you who end up victorious in the end.

This is bad advice, I recommend you don't listen to this.
EDIT: azagal gives the best advice. I also feel for william, but I think that confronting the issues head-on (apply directly to the forehead) in life is the best way to handle it. Obviously, I don't live by my own philosophy, but that doesn't mean I consider it any worse than the way I live in pratice.

Yeah. I'd really recommend dating when you're a bit older and more mature. And Doomforge, I guess where you live, most of the older girls are taken? Come to Australia then. lol

Will: In Poland, almost every girl that is 15yo had relationship already.

through, from talking to carcity I can deduce he has a pretty healthy view on relationships, albeit a bit idealistic. In a very cruel way this is how he can get experience with relationships, though I don't support doom's view of "rushing to get the right girl". In fact, I support mvass in that it shouldn't be a priority at all. Let relationships happen.
I'm a very fragile person though. maybe it's just that I can't afford to actively put my energy in looking for love. So if you find yourself agreeing much with doom. Hell, he may be right for all I know. I know I'm wrong on this sort of thing most of the time. I never had someone who would tell me what is right. I'm just saying that I would never advise this to myself a few years ago. Go when you're ready, go when you find someone you find someone you ant to start something with. Don't go rushing. tha's all.

Dagoth, you seem more of a bitter man than even I do Cheer up. Besides, I don't think I'm encouraging City to rush for love... he seems genuinly interested, thus ready. What else should he wait for, until there is no nice girl left to take interest in? Even if in his country people take it slower than in Poland, where a girl not having a relationship by the age of 15 is considered a freak in school (or a really childish girl. Well, such also appear, it's not that _ALL_ girls have relationships at that age, ofc... but the majority does, I believe), it's still better to... you know... be the first. If you are ready, there is pretty much nothing you put at risk as long as you are careful.
