Uhm I have Tribes of The East and one problem, the back isnt like the one in the picture. All it shows are two advertisements an install key and numbers right under the advertisements for Heroes V and hammers of fate. It does also show Ubisofts mailing adreess the ESRB rating and a FREE 2-day shipping if you buy online. If someone can, please help me out here.

What the heck?
I have Gold Edition of Heroes of Might and Magic 5. It includes original, HoF and ToTe. I'm trying to play Ubi.com.. which ain't possible. It says error XXXX every time. So.. I closed my firewall, got through the error 0.7.0, then it asks my online key, which is ;
H5B-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX And I can only enter H5B-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX in the zone. I tried to enter it without H5B, like this ;
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. I also closed firewall during this. Someone solve this for me..
PS. Game is brought from local shop, which sells ONLY NEW THINGS.

 ah yep you have to enter online code & then select "Account" to start an account (if you don't have an account already)...that's wot you mean?

It doesn't accept the code. I've registered and created an account already. It says error 8.22.2.

It might help if you showed us a printscreen but...
1. only thing I can think of is maybe monitor resolution is too small so that not all the letters of the code can fit in the box on the screen
2. I'm assuming you are running H5 TotE patched to 3.1 when you are entering the H5B-BLAH-BLAH-BLAH-BLAH?

Thank you Zenithale, that worked for me. And I think resolution wasn't that small, 1920x1080.

Hamachi LAN problem
Hello there! (forgive me for my English, I'm french so I can make some mistakes..)
I have read many topic on hamachi and H5 problems but I still can not find the solution to my problem.
I'll try to be clear and precise :
- my version of H5 is the 3.1 (european I suppose), my game partner has exactly the same version but he has also the version 1 and 2 installed. We don't have installed other maps and mods.
- we have both hamachi version 1.0.1.5, and we can ping each other.
- when someone of us create a duel game, we can see it and join it. It works perfectly, the battle begin (tactical phase) but after a few seconds we are both disconnected... 
- we also play games like Quake 3 and there are no problems, exept a little freeze sometimes with the message 'connexion interrupted' but it lasts only 2 or 3 seconds. Our ping is an average of 80ms.
- I have Windows 7 with Bitdefender Antivirus which I set for hamachi.
- I have already did things like put hamachi in top of the network connections.

Sorry, can't see anything that may help...having original H5 & H5HOF on same computer as H5TOTE is no problem...only thing is to try another program or ubi server or the other player host or see if same problem exists if you play vs another player.

Yep, I've already read it. I tried to go on GameRanger, but an other error occured during the install It says : "Download not completed. No response from GameRanger server." My friend has successfully installed it, so I don't understand...
Otherwise, I retried some duels with hamachi and to my surprise we got to play games more than 5 minutes, but unfortunately there were still a disconnect after that.
I'm cursed ... 
PS: do you think that GameSpy Comrade is good for playing H5 online ?
If I can not solve the problem with GameRanger, I think I would change to Gamespy.

never heard of GameSpy Comrade, but doubt anything useful there for H5...if GameRanger doesn't install after trying a number of times on different days, that would seem to indicate some unknown problem on your computer or internet connection unfortunately...one could retry hamachi because network characteristics changes; or try wippien as last resort?

Finally, I managed to install GameRanger and I have played few games with it. Sometimes I still disconnects, but most of the time, it works perfectly.

I agree... had problems too finding people and even connecting. I tried GameRanger and boom no problems...
I wonder if there are other programs other than gameranger where I can find more players. Eitherway good luck

i have the heroes 5 , not the expansion,,, can i still play online, i dont have the tribes of the east.. the ones were i report the wins and losses... tnx in advance...
