You wanna know what the best thing about the recanters cloak is !
Seeing it early, with your might hero.. sometime in week 1.
Never developing wisdom.. only air or earth or whatever suits lv1 guild.. The you might him up.. use those resource your opponent is using on his guild to upgrade everything and attack  ..
poor green dragons... they are not so tough next to an arch angel!
and of course the best:
in game final battle:
<SYSTEM> Player says: GOD DAMN RECANTERS!!! YOU lucky SOB!

Yeah u just have to love that remarks the other player makes when they found out there is a recanters cloak or shackles in play!@
I just had one of those games.. poor guy..

OK, I guess it prevents level 3+ spells from working when worn.
But why should I know all artifacts by heart?

@csarmi: Not only that, you should also be able to recognize every (powerful) artifact. Then you will know if it's worth losing a part of your army in a heavy battle for a particular guarded artifact. I wouldn't wanna lose troops for a number of crappy artifacts, even though the exp for yer hero would be nice. But a couple of great toys are definitely worth the losses.

"morons heros that are might suck without magic like that other guy said u cant declare some "magic" not magic and some magic magic all spells are magic. and anyways solymr for castle with his chain lightning can really **** the enemey up. me and my friend were just playing he has 36 angels left from are battle out side my castle 3 steps from my castkle out of movment. I bought my hero back having surrenderd from last battle then attack with 5 gremlins in 5 diff slots did chain lightning lost like all my gremlins but 2 he attacked i retreated did this till all angels gone cost like 15 000 but it was great"
