Hangman
This thread idea popped in my head because of that MYT contest, and seeing as how this thread had success over at CH I decided to post it here as well. 
Rules
1. The letters are represented by underscores "_"
2. Compound words are allowed (titles, names, etc)
3. Parts of a compound word are separated by a new line
4. Sentences are not allowed
5. The one who chooses the word must write under (or above) that word its category (city, movie, actor, animal...)
6. A player:
a) Can ask for only one letter per time
b) Must wait for an answer about the letter (s)he asked for before asking for a new letter
7. There are 5 safe letters at start. When there are safe letters available even if someone tries an incorrect letter, (s)he is not hanged. The number of safe letters is decreased every letter people try, whether it was correct or not, unless there are 0 safe letters, of course.
8. If there are 0 safe letters and you guess an incorrect letter, you are hanged and are not able to play again this round.
9. After every hanging, the number of safe letters increases by 1.
10.Any player can try to guess the word whenever (s)he wants. If it's wrong, (s)he gets hanged and can not play again this round. If it's correct, (s)he wins the round and organizes the next round (i.e. (s)he will no longer be a player, but an organizer, like I am in the first round)
11.If nobody guesses the word but it gets completed with all those letter-tries, the last person to have guessed a correct letter wins the round, and (s)he organizes the next one (see 10)
12.There is no scoreboard.
13.To keep the flow of things going, if the winner of the current hangman game doesn't post a new word in 2 days, then any other player can post a new word.
As you all know me, I'd also like to give an example to prevent any misunderstandings 
Example:

Wrong Letters: none
Hanged: nobody
Then people start guessing:
Person X: A
Person Y: E
Person Z: C
My answer and update:

action
Safe Letters: 2
Wrong Letters: A, C
Hanged: nobody
Person X guesses a S, and then I update again
_ E _
action
Safe Letters: 1
Wrong Letters: A, C, S
Hanged: nobody
Then People start guessing again:
Person X: attempts a word-guess and says "Get"
Person Y: X
Person Z: T
I update:
_ E X
action
Safe Letters: 0 (was 1, then Person X got hanged because "Get" is incorrect, which means +1 safe letters, then Person Y tried an X and used one safe letter (-1), and then Person Z tried as well, another -1)
Wrong Letters: A, C, S, T
Hanged: Person X
And now Person Y guesses the word: "Hex", and it's correct and (s)he takes over the next round
There are no sign-ups or anything, anyone can post whenever (s)he wants, provided (s)he follows rule 6.
